1. Conditional sentences are used to describe real or
hypothetical results of real or hypotheical situations
and they can use many different verb forms.
2. Types of Conditionals
Zero Conditional – Facts(used for present, real/factual
situations)
First Conditional –Possible situation now or
future(used for future real/factual situations)
Second Conditional –Unreal situation at Present(used
for present or future unreal, imaginary situations)
Third Conditional –Unreal situation in the Past (used
for past unreal, imaginary situations) (regret)-өкініш

Has two clauses
‘If’ clause+ main clause
Talks about the past
Unreal past
Imaginary result in the past(it’s not real, true)
