皮带状态- 大数据分析目标
 1. 现场使用得同步皮带-例如两米长得力士乐玻璃纤维皮带,受用寿命不长(2-3个月),如果使用国产
替代产品,寿命更短;
---影响1: 如果皮带断裂,维修复杂,并且维修时间长,对生产影响较大(维修时间大约2小时)
---影响2: 皮带断裂导致整条皮带线上所有设备无法生产,停机影响大;
---影响3: 博世工厂皮带线数量庞大,整体备件和停机损失大。
项目需求:
 1. 皮带寿命提升– 基于数据分析,找出影响寿命的因素,提升皮带寿命到中位值附近;
 2. 皮带更换预警– 基于数据分析,找出皮带损坏的预警信息,提前告知TEF相关人员进行皮带的维护和
更换;
补充要求:
 1. 需要湖大协助确定特征信息- 那些特征可以预测皮带状态

 1. 张力仪寿命提升 – 基于数据分析,找出影响寿命的因素,提升张力仪寿命到中位值附近;
 2. 张力仪更换预警 – 基于数据分析,找出张力损坏的预警信息,提前告知TEF相关人员进行张力仪的维
护和更换;

设备特性监控:
• 实时张力监控——预防此过程参数失效引发的绕线缺陷、挂钩失效,出现偏差则预警
• 助挂器与整流子端面距离监控——预防此距离异常引发的挂线缺陷,出现偏差则预警
• 外钟罩与抱快上端面距离监控——预防此距离异常引发的挂线缺陷,出现偏差则预警
• 产品需要和设备相对应

• 产品的HT值,超过SPC设置的过程控制界限即预警
