F 式传动系列高温风机
High Temperature Fan with F Driving
W6-29、W6-2×29、W6-39、W6-2×39 系列 F 式传动工业高温风机系采用引进英国豪登-西洛
哥公司高温风机专有技术,结合我公司几十年生产高温风机的经验,并且应用引进美国北方工程
研究公司(NREC)流体机械气动设计技术软件,进行改进设计和制造新一代高温风机产品,该型
风机具有效率高、噪声低、结构合理、性能稳定、运行平稳可靠、自动化控制程度高、经久耐用、
流量调节范围大、高效区宽广、性能曲线平坦的特点,可在温度较高、含尘浓度较大、磨损较严
重的条件下使用。适用于冶金、电力、水泥等行业。
W6-29、W6-2×29、W6-39、W6-2×39 系列 F 式传动工业高温风机输送的介质为高温气体 ,
最高温度不得超过 450℃。在高温风机前,必须加装除尘装置,以保证进入风机的高温气体中含
尘量尽量减少,根据一般用户使用情况,除尘效率不得低于 85%。
1. Application
W6-29、W6-2×29、W6-39、W6-2×39 series of industrial high temperature fans (F driving) are the new generation fans
combined design and manufacture know-how of high temperature fan from Howden-Sircoco(UK) and fluid machinery
areodynamic design software from NREC with manufacturing experience in high temperature fan with more than 50
years. Fans feature high efficiency, low noise, compact, smooth and reliable operation, automatation, durable, wide range
of volume, smooth performance curve and it can meet the needs of high temperature, high dust concentration, severe wear.
The fan are widely used in metallurgy, electric power, cement applications etc.
W6-29、W6-2×29、W6-39、W6-2×39 series of industrial high temperature fans (F driving) are mainly used for handling
high temperature gas (max.temperature 450℃). Dust-removing device should be mounted inlet of fan so as to minimize
the dust in high temperature gas, the efficiency of this device should be not less than 85% in general.
2. Model of fan
1、本系列风机可分为单吸双支撑和双吸双支撑两种结构。单吸双支撑和双吸双支撑各有 8 个标准
机号:№18F、20F、21.5F(22F)、24F、26F、28F、30F、31.5F;如用户要求,我们也可设计非
标机号.
2.1 This fan is available either single-suction and double-support or double-suction and double-support, standard model
includes №18F、20F、21.5F(22F)、24F、26F、28F、30F、31.5F each. We also can customize for clients.

2、风机可制成顺旋和逆旋两种型式:从电机一端正视,叶轮如按顺时针方向旋转,称顺旋风机,
以“顺”表示;叶轮如按逆时针方向旋转,称逆旋风机,以“逆”表示。
2.2 Rotation direction of fan has clockwise or counter-clockwise. It is indicated as clockwise fan if impeller runs in
clockwise direction viewed from the motor end. On the contrarily, it is indicated as counter-clockwise fan.
3、风机的出口位置以机壳的出口角度表示,分“顺” 旋和 “逆” 旋。单吸双支撑和双吸双支撑
可制成以下 4 种基本角度:进 135°/出 45°、进 90°/出 45°、进 135°/出 90°、进 135°/出 0°。
如用户要求,我们也可设计非标角度。
2.3 Outlet angle of fan casing stands for the outlet angle of fan. The angles of fan are available at 135°(inlet)/45°(outlet),
90°(inlet) /45°(outlet),135°(inlet)/90°(outlet), 135°(inlet)/ 0°(outlet) for each. We also can customize for clients.

2.4 Full name of fan gives the example:
W6-29№20F high temperature fan 90°(inlet)/45°(outlet) in clockwise
W6-2×39№31.5F high temperature fan 135°(inlet)/ 0°(outlet) in counter-clockwise
机组除风机本体外,根据用户需要,还可配备各种外配套,主要有差动导叶调节装置、电机、
液力偶合器(或液液体电阻调速器)、慢转装置、风机进、出口金属膨胀节、稀油站、电动执行器、
电控柜等。
3. Main structure
Fan is made up of fan-body and its accessories including differential guide vane gear, motor, hydraulic coupling (or
liquid resistance speed controller), barring gear, inlet/outlet expansion joints, oil station, electric actuator, electric control
cabinet etc.
(一)、风机本体结构简介 Fan-body structure
风机本体主要由叶轮、机壳、进气箱、进风圈、主轴、轴承和轴承箱、轴端密封、散热轮等
组成。
Fan-body mainly includes impeller, fan casing, suction chamber, inlet ring, main shaft, bearing and bearing box,
shaft-end seal, cooling wheel etc.
三、主要组成部分

1、叶轮 impeller:
由后向叶片焊接于锥形前盘与板形的后(中)盘中间。由于采用了后向叶片,保证了风机高
效率、低噪声、高强度。考虑到风机叶轮的尘粒磨损问题,对叶片头部进行了加厚处理,另外在
风机的易磨损部位,采取了加防磨护板的办法,有效的延长了叶轮的使用寿命。整个叶轮用高强
度合金钢制作,材料本身及叶轮各焊缝均经过严格的无损探伤, 并且叶轮经过动平衡校正。为安
全运行提供了可靠保证。
Back-curved blades of impeller are welded between cone front disc and back (middle) disc. Back-curved blades can
ensure high efficiency, low noise and high strength. The thickness of blades tip improves to avoid damage of fan impeller
due to the dust or particles. At the same time, easily-worn locations also are used the wear abrasion plates to extend the
life of the impeller. Impeller is made of the alloy steel with high stiffness. The raw material of impeller and impeller
welding seams should be done the non-detective tests and impeller also should be done the dynamic balance test so as to
ensure the reliable operation.
2、机壳和进气箱:Fan casing and inlet chamber
机壳是采用高强度结构钢焊接而成的蜗形体。在机壳进口处,增加了适于该型风机的进气
箱,减小了风机的机壳以及风道的振动,在机壳和进气箱的外部焊有适当高度的“井”字加强筋
组,,提高了机壳的刚性。在机壳和进气箱上设有能快速开启且密封性能良好的检修门、清灰门,
便于作常规检查和清除叶轮和机壳粉尘堆积。另外,为了使大修时转子便于吊出,机壳设计成剖
分结构机壳和进气箱组采用共用侧板及剖分结构的方式,便于安装、维修和运输。一旦需要,可
以从剖分处把上半部份壳体移开,将转子组很方便的吊出。且尽可能的考虑了剖分的合理性,减
少用户拆卸联接管道。
Fan casing made of steel structure is welded into volute. Inlet chamber is equipped with fan at inlet to reduce the vibration
of fan casing and air ducts. Reinforced ribs shaped "well" are welded outside the fan casing and inlet chamber to
enhance fan casing rigidness. An inspection door and access(dust-removing door) are on the fan casing and inlet chamber
to carry out the routine check and remove the contamination on the impeller and fan casing. In addition, in order to lift out
of the rotor from upper half of fan casing for big maintenance, and to reduce the clients dismantling ducts, fan casing is
designed to split structure and common side plates with fan inlet chamber.
3、进风圈 Inlet ring:
收敛式流线的进风圈制成整体结构,用螺栓固定在风机入口侧。

4、主轴:Main shaft
风机主轴由优质耐高温的合金结构钢锻件制造,主轴是按在设计温度下,工作转速远小于
临界转速的前提进行设计,保证主轴具有足够的刚度及可靠性。

Main shaft is made of alloy structural steel forging with good quality and high temperature. It can ensure main
shaft has enough hardness and reliability according to designed temperature, working speed far lower than the critical
speed.
5、轴承和轴承箱:轴承箱结构系引进结构,采用“油浴、油环──循环油”复合润滑方式,
循环润滑油靠稀油站提供,该循环油不但起润滑轴承的作用,而且将风机沿轴向传导给轴承的热
量带走,起到冷却轴承的作用,以保证轴承的安全运转。如果遇到意外停电事故或油站短时故障,
油站不能提供润滑油时,油环自动带起轴承箱油池内的油继续润滑,而不至于轴承损坏,为轴承
的可靠运转提供了保障。
5.Bearing and bearing box
The lubrication method of bearing box is "oil bath---oil ring--oil recycling". Recycling oil is supplied by the oil station.
The purpose of recycling oil is not only to lubricate the bearing, but also to take away the heat from fan to cool the
bearing. So it can make sure the bearing safe operation. If the supply power failures or oil station malfunction, oil station
cannot supply the lubrication oil, oil ring will lift the oil in the bearing box oil box to go on lubricating the bearing , avoid
damage the bearing. Oil ring can provide reliable operation for the bearing.
6、轴端密封和散热轮:在进气箱的主轴通过处,设置有特殊的浮动轴端密封,在机壳受热
膨胀后,可自动调心,起到良好的密封作用,轴端密封采用剖分结构,便于安装拆卸。
6.shaft-end seal and cooling wheel
A special floating shaft-end seal is equipped with the main shaft passage. When thermal expansion of fan casing,
the floating shaft-end seal can align auto to seal. Shaft-end seal is split structure and it is easy to mount or dismantle.
在进气箱与轴承座之间,设置有一个散热轮,以减少来自风机的辐射热,降低对轴承的外界
热影响,为轴承的正常运转提供保障。
The cooling wheel is mounted between the inlet chamber and bearing pedestal to reduce the radiant heat from the fan and
also reduce the heat influence on the bearing. It can ensure the normal operation of the bearing.
(二)部分外配套简介 main accessories
1、差动导叶调节装置:Differential inlet vane gear----damper
差动导叶调节装置安装在风机进气箱前,用来调节风机的进口流量。此装置的叶片可以在
0~90°范围内(即全开和全闭范围内)任意转动,由于该装置的叶片不是全部同步动作,而是部
分叶片先转动一个角度,这样就可以实现风机的微量调节。用此装置进行风量调节再配合调速调
节,从而实现“阀门与调速”并存的复合调节,可以使风机的使用工况范围很宽。差动导叶调节
装置灵活可靠,没有死行程,调节叶片的支撑处装有滚动轴承,转动灵活,使用可靠,调节门配
合电动执行器操动,能方便的进行流量的调节。
Differential inlet vane gear (damper) mounted in front of the fan inlet chamber is used to control the fan inlet volume. The
guard vanes can rotate from 0 to 90°(from fully open to fully closed) randomly, because the guard vanes don't rotate fully
at the same time but a part of guard vanes rotate to certain angle first to regulate the fan volume slowly. This inlet vane

gear and speed-controlled make the fan have a wide range of the operation. Differential inlet vane gear can regulate
flexibly, no dead stroke. The supports of guard vane are equipped with rolling bearing and it can rotate flexibly and
reliability. If the damper and electric actuator work together, it is convenient to regulate the volume.
2、慢转装置:barring gear
当风机由高温运转状态停车时,转子在热态下静止不动,会因转子自身重量及温度梯度等因
素而发生弯曲变形,将导致下次起车时机组振动。为了避免此现象发生,特设置此慢转装置,以
用于风机在主电机停车后,进行一定时间的慢转盘车,直到风机机壳内的温度降到接近常温时,
机组方可最后停止下来。
When fan stops at the high temperature operation, rotor cannot rotate in the heat condition, and even cause deformation
due to rotor itself weight and temperature change. In order to avoid this case, special barring gear is used for barring when
fan main motor shuts down. Fan cannot stop until the temperature of fan casing drops to normal temperature.
3、膨胀节:Expansion joint:
因风机输送气体温度较高,风机进、出口特设置膨胀节,用来吸收风机壳体的热膨胀量。否
则,机壳热膨胀受阻碍会引起变形,影响风机正常运转。
Because fan handling gas temperature is very high, so inlet/outlet expansion joint is equipped to absorb the thermal
expansion of fan casing, or fan casing thermal expansion is disturbed to cause deformation and affect the normal
operation.
4、液力偶合器:液力偶合器主要用来进行风机的无级调速。
Hydraulic coupling: is used for stepless speed regulation.
5、液体电阻调速器:液体电阻调速器主要作用类同液力偶合器,也是用来进行风机的无级调
速,它的调速主要是调节电机的输出转速。
Liquid resistance speed controller: is used for stepless speed regulation, mainly output speed of motor.
6、电控柜:电控柜可实现机组的显示、监控、调节、连锁、报警及远距离传送信号,操作方
便,自动化程度高。它是包括风机、电机、液力偶合器、稀油润滑站、电动执行器、慢转装置等
所有外配套的全部控制功能在内的集中控制柜。
Electric control cabinet: serve the function of display, measure, regulation, interlocking, warning, sending the signal
remote, easy to operate and automatation. All functions of fan accessories such as fan-body, motor, hydraulic coupling, oil
station, electric actuator, barring gear etc. can be controlled by this control cabinet.
4.selection and application
1、 风机的性能:fan performance
风机的性能以风机的流量、全压、主轴转速、轴功率和效率表示。
Fan performance displays fan volume, total pressure, speed of main shaft, shaft power and efficiency.
选择性能表中所给出的性能,高温风机性能按进气温度 t=350℃,大气压力 P=101325Pa,进

口气体密度ρ=0.613Kg/m3 的空气介质计算。选择性能表中的性能均指调节门为全开时。当风机
使用条件发生变化时可按以下公式进行换算。
Performance data given in the performance data sheet is calculated based on inlet temperature t=350℃, atmospheric
pressure P=101325Pa, inlet gas density ρ=0.613Kg/m3, handling air and damper opening(inlet vane gear) at fully open.
Please follow the following formula to calculate data if the operation conditions change.

2、 风机的选择 fan selection
如使用条件为前述给定条件下所需的全压、流量,可按性能表选用风机。如使用条件与标准
情况不符时,可按前述公式换算出的性能选用风机。风机出厂检验性能是在设计流量时,全压值
的偏差不得超过设计全压值的±5%。
If fan total pressure , volume under the operation condition is similar to above-mentioned standard condition in the
performance data sheet, select fan according to performance data sheet. If fan operation condition is not the same as the

standard condition, select the fan according to above formula. Performance test before delivery is subject to the designed
volume, the total pressure error should not exceed ±5%。of the the designed total pressure.
3、 流量过多或不足的处理:overabundance or shortage in volume
在使用风机时,常常发生流量过多或不足的现象。产生这种现象的原因很多,如果是在使用
过程中发生这种现象,主要是由于管网中的阻力时大时小。如果是在使用过程中,经过较长的时
间逐渐减少,或在短时间内突然减少,则主要是由于管网堵塞。
During the operation of the fan, overabundance or shortage in volume can occur very often, there are a large number of
the causes. If it occurs during the operation, it is caused by the large or small resistance of ducts network. If it reduces
gradually during the operation condition, or reduces suddenly for a short time, it is caused by the ducts clogging.
在风机新安装后,进行正式运转就发生流量过大或不足的现象,其原因主要是管网阻力实际
值与计算值相差过大或选择风机时未考虑风机本身全压偏差的影响。
After new fan installation, volume is overabundance or shortage during formal operation, it is mainly caused by the big
difference between actual and calculated value of ducts network resistance or not allowing for total pressure error
influence on fan.
风机发生流量过多或不足时可采用以下方法消除:
remedy for overlarge or short of volume:
⑴.利用调节门的开闭程度调节流量。
Regulate the volume of the damper opening.
⑵.改变风机转速调节流量。(注:如超过性能表中给定的风机转速,必须针对设计、生产。)
change fan speed to regulate the volume (note: fan speed is more than given speed in the performance data sheet,
specially design and manufacture).
⑶.改变管网阻力系数调节流量。
Change ducts network resistance coefficient to regulate the volume.
当调节门全开时,流量仍过小,此时可设法改变管使网阻力系数减小,以增加流量,也可增
加风机的转速,但转速不得大于性能表中的最大转速。
When damper is open fully, but volume is still very small, try to change the ducts and make the ducts networks resistance
coefficient reduce to increase the volume and fan speed, but fan speed cannot exceed the max. speed given in the
performance data sheet.

  • 2. 1 W6-29、W 6-2×29、W 6-39、W 6-2×39 F 式传动系列高温风机 High Temperature Fan with F Driving W6-29、W6-2×29、W6-39、W6-2×39 系列 F 式传动工业高温风机系采用引进英国豪登-西洛 哥公司高温风机专有技术,结合我公司几十年生产高温风机的经验,并且应用引进美国北方工程 研究公司(NREC)流体机械气动设计技术软件,进行改进设计和制造新一代高温风机产品,该型 风机具有效率高、噪声低、结构合理、性能稳定、运行平稳可靠、自动化控制程度高、经久耐用、 流量调节范围大、高效区宽广、性能曲线平坦的特点,可在温度较高、含尘浓度较大、磨损较严 重的条件下使用。适用于冶金、电力、水泥等行业。 W6-29、W6-2×29、W6-39、W6-2×39 系列 F 式传动工业高温风机输送的介质为高温气体 , 最高温度不得超过 450℃。在高温风机前,必须加装除尘装置,以保证进入风机的高温气体中含 尘量尽量减少,根据一般用户使用情况,除尘效率不得低于 85%。 1. Application W6-29、W6-2×29、W6-39、W6-2×39 series of industrial high temperature fans (F driving) are the new generation fans combined design and manufacture know-how of high temperature fan from Howden-Sircoco(UK) and fluid machinery areodynamic design software from NREC with manufacturing experience in high temperature fan with more than 50 years. Fans feature high efficiency, low noise, compact, smooth and reliable operation, automatation, durable, wide range of volume, smooth performance curve and it can meet the needs of high temperature, high dust concentration, severe wear. The fan are widely used in metallurgy, electric power, cement applications etc. W6-29、W6-2×29、W6-39、W6-2×39 series of industrial high temperature fans (F driving) are mainly used for handling high temperature gas (max.temperature 450℃). Dust-removing device should be mounted inlet of fan so as to minimize the dust in high temperature gas, the efficiency of this device should be not less than 85% in general. 2.   • 3. 2 2、风机可制成顺旋和逆旋两种型式:从电机一端正视,叶轮如按顺时针方向旋转,称顺旋风机, 以“顺”表示;叶轮如按逆时针方向旋转,称逆旋风机,以“逆”表示。 2.2 Rotation direction of fan has clockwise or counter-clockwise. It is indicated as clockwise fan if impeller runs in clockwise direction viewed from the motor end. On the contrarily, it is indicated as counter-clockwise fan. 3、风机的出口位置以机壳的出口角度表示,分“顺” 旋和 “逆” 旋。单吸双支撑和双吸双支撑 可制成以下 4 种基本角度:进 135°/出 45°、进 90°/出 45°、进 135°/出 90°、进 135°/出 0°。 如用户要求,我们也可设计非标角度。 2.3 Outlet angle of fan casing stands for the outlet angle of fan. The angles of fan are available at 135°(inlet)/45°(outlet), 90°(inlet) /45°(outlet),135°(inlet)/90°(outlet), 135°(inlet)/ 0°(outlet) for each. We also can customize for clients. 4、产品全称举例如下: W6-29№20F 高温风机 顺进 90°/出 45° W6-2×39№31.5F 高温风机 逆进 135°/出 0° 2.4 Full name of fan gives the example: W6-29№20F high temperature fan 90°(inlet)/45°(outlet) in clockwise W6-2×39№31.5F high temperature fan 135°(inlet)/ 0°(outlet) in counter-clockwise 机组除风机本体外,根据用户需要,还可配备各种外配套,主要有差动导叶调节装置、电机、 液力偶合器(或液液体电阻调速器)、慢转装置、风机进、出口金属膨胀节、稀油站、电动执行器、 电控柜等。 3. Main structure Fan is made up of fan-body and its accessories including differential guide vane gear, motor, hydraulic coupling (or liquid resistance speed controller), barring gear, inlet/outlet expansion joints, oil station, electric actuator, electric control cabinet etc. (一)、风机本体结构简介 Fan-body structure 风机本体主要由叶轮、机壳、进气箱、进风圈、主轴、轴承和轴承箱、轴端密封、散热轮等 组成。 Fan-body mainly includes impeller, fan casing, suction chamber, inlet ring, main shaft, bearing and bearing box, shaft-end seal, cooling wheel etc. 三、主要组成部分
  • 4. 3 1、叶轮 impeller: 由后向叶片焊接于锥形前盘与板形的后(中)盘中间。由于采用了后向叶片,保证了风机高 效率、低噪声、高强度。考虑到风机叶轮的尘粒磨损问题,对叶片头部进行了加厚处理,另外在 风机的易磨损部位,采取了加防磨护板的办法,有效的延长了叶轮的使用寿命。整个叶轮用高强 度合金钢制作,材料本身及叶轮各焊缝均经过严格的无损探伤, 并且叶轮经过动平衡校正。为安 全运行提供了可靠保证。 Back-curved blades of impeller are welded between cone front disc and back (middle) disc. Back-curved blades can ensure high efficiency, low noise and high strength. The thickness of blades tip improves to avoid damage of fan impeller due to the dust or particles. At the same time, easily-worn locations also are used the wear abrasion plates to extend the life of the impeller. Impeller is made of the alloy steel with high stiffness. The raw material of impeller and impeller welding seams should be done the non-detective tests and impeller also should be done the dynamic balance test so as to ensure the reliable operation. 2、机壳和进气箱:Fan casing and inlet chamber 机壳是采用高强度结构钢焊接而成的蜗形体。在机壳进口处,增加了适于该型风机的进气 箱,减小了风机的机壳以及风道的振动,在机壳和进气箱的外部焊有适当高度的“井”字加强筋 组,,提高了机壳的刚性。在机壳和进气箱上设有能快速开启且密封性能良好的检修门、清灰门, 便于作常规检查和清除叶轮和机壳粉尘堆积。另外,为了使大修时转子便于吊出,机壳设计成剖 分结构机壳和进气箱组采用共用侧板及剖分结构的方式,便于安装、维修和运输。一旦需要,可 以从剖分处把上半部份壳体移开,将转子组很方便的吊出。且尽可能的考虑了剖分的合理性,减 少用户拆卸联接管道。 Fan casing made of steel structure is welded into volute. Inlet chamber is equipped with fan at inlet to reduce the vibration of fan casing and air ducts. Reinforced ribs shaped "well" are welded outside the fan casing and inlet chamber to enhance fan casing rigidness. An inspection door and access(dust-removing door) are on the fan casing and inlet chamber to carry out the routine check and remove the contamination on the impeller and fan casing. In addition, in order to lift out of the rotor from upper half of fan casing for big maintenance, and to reduce the clients dismantling ducts, fan casing is designed to split structure and common side plates with fan inlet chamber. 3、进风圈 Inlet ring: 收敛式流线的进风圈制成整体结构,用螺栓固定在风机入口侧。 integral convergent flowing-line structure. It is fastened with bolts inlet of fan . 4、主轴:Main shaft 风机主轴由优质耐高温的合金结构钢锻件制造,主轴是按在设计温度下,工作转速远小于 临界转速的前提进行设计,保证主轴具有足够的刚度及可靠性。
  • 5. 4 Main shaft is made of alloy structural steel forging with good quality and high temperature. It can ensure main shaft has enough hardness and reliability according to designed temperature, working speed far lower than the critical speed. 5、轴承和轴承箱:轴承箱结构系引进结构,采用“油浴、油环──循环油”复合润滑方式, 循环润滑油靠稀油站提供,该循环油不但起润滑轴承的作用,而且将风机沿轴向传导给轴承的热 量带走,起到冷却轴承的作用,以保证轴承的安全运转。如果遇到意外停电事故或油站短时故障, 油站不能提供润滑油时,油环自动带起轴承箱油池内的油继续润滑,而不至于轴承损坏,为轴承 的可靠运转提供了保障。 5.Bearing and bearing box The lubrication method of bearing box is "oil bath---oil ring--oil recycling". Recycling oil is supplied by the oil station. The purpose of recycling oil is not only to lubricate the bearing, but also to take away the heat from fan to cool the bearing. So it can make sure the bearing safe operation. If the supply power failures or oil station malfunction, oil station cannot supply the lubrication oil, oil ring will lift the oil in the bearing box oil box to go on lubricating the bearing , avoid damage the bearing. Oil ring can provide reliable operation for the bearing. 6、轴端密封和散热轮:在进气箱的主轴通过处,设置有特殊的浮动轴端密封,在机壳受热 膨胀后,可自动调心,起到良好的密封作用,轴端密封采用剖分结构,便于安装拆卸。 6.shaft-end seal and cooling wheel A special floating shaft-end seal is equipped with the main shaft passage. When thermal expansion of fan casing, the floating shaft-end seal can align auto to seal. Shaft-end seal is split structure and it is easy to mount or dismantle. 在进气箱与轴承座之间,设置有一个散热轮,以减少来自风机的辐射热,降低对轴承的外界 热影响,为轴承的正常运转提供保障。 The cooling wheel is mounted between the inlet chamber and bearing pedestal to reduce the radiant heat from the fan and also reduce the heat influence on the bearing. It can ensure the normal operation of the bearing. (二)部分外配套简介 main accessories 1、差动导叶调节装置:Differential inlet vane gear----damper 差动导叶调节装置安装在风机进气箱前,用来调节风机的进口流量。此装置的叶片可以在 0~90°范围内(即全开和全闭范围内)任意转动,由于该装置的叶片不是全部同步动作,而是部 分叶片先转动一个角度,这样就可以实现风机的微量调节。用此装置进行风量调节再配合调速调 节,从而实现“阀门与调速”并存的复合调节,可以使风机的使用工况范围很宽。差动导叶调节 装置灵活可靠,没有死行程,调节叶片的支撑处装有滚动轴承,转动灵活,使用可靠,调节门配 合电动执行器操动,能方便的进行流量的调节。 Differential inlet vane gear (damper) mounted in front of the fan inlet chamber is used to control the fan inlet volume. The guard vanes can rotate from 0 to 90°(from fully open to fully closed) randomly, because the guard vanes don't rotate fully at the same time but a part of guard vanes rotate to certain angle first to regulate the fan volume slowly.   • 6. 5 gear and speed-controlled make the fan have a wide range of the operation. Differential inlet vane gear can regulate flexibly, no dead stroke. The supports of guard vane are equipped with rolling bearing and it can rotate flexibly and reliability. If the damper and electric actuator work together, it is convenient to regulate the volume. 2、慢转装置:barring gear 当风机由高温运转状态停车时,转子在热态下静止不动,会因转子自身重量及温度梯度等因 素而发生弯曲变形,将导致下次起车时机组振动。为了避免此现象发生,特设置此慢转装置,以 用于风机在主电机停车后,进行一定时间的慢转盘车,直到风机机壳内的温度降到接近常温时, 机组方可最后停止下来。 When fan stops at the high temperature operation, rotor cannot rotate in the heat condition, and even cause deformation due to rotor itself weight and temperature change. In order to avoid this case, special barring gear is used for barring when fan main motor shuts down. Fan cannot stop until the temperature of fan casing drops to normal temperature. 3、膨胀节:Expansion joint: 因风机输送气体温度较高,风机进、出口特设置膨胀节,用来吸收风机壳体的热膨胀量。否 则,机壳热膨胀受阻碍会引起变形,影响风机正常运转。 Because fan handling gas temperature is very high, so inlet/outlet expansion joint is equipped to absorb the thermal expansion of fan casing, or fan casing thermal expansion is disturbed to cause deformation and affect the normal operation. 4、液力偶合器:液力偶合器主要用来进行风机的无级调速。 Hydraulic coupling: is used for stepless speed regulation. 5、液体电阻调速器:液体电阻调速器主要作用类同液力偶合器,也是用来进行风机的无级调 速,它的调速主要是调节电机的输出转速。 Liquid resistance speed controller: is used for stepless speed regulation, mainly output speed of motor. 6、电控柜:电控柜可实现机组的显示、监控、调节、连锁、报警及远距离传送信号,操作方 便,自动化程度高。它是包括风机、电机、液力偶合器、稀油润滑站、电动执行器、慢转装置等 所有外配套的全部控制功能在内的集中控制柜。 Electric control cabinet: serve the function of display, measure, regulation, interlocking, warning, sending the signal remote, easy to operate and automatation. Performance test before delivery is subject to the designed volume, the total pressure error should not exceed ±5%。of the the designed total pressure. 3、 流量过多或不足的处理:overabundance or shortage in volume 在使用风机时,常常发生流量过多或不足的现象。产生这种现象的原因很多,如果是在使用 过程中发生这种现象,主要是由于管网中的阻力时大时小。如果是在使用过程中,经过较长的时 间逐渐减少,或在短时间内突然减少,则主要是由于管网堵塞。 During the operation of the fan, overabundance or shortage in volume can occur very often, there are a large number of the causes. If it occurs during the operation, it is caused by the large or small resistance of ducts network. If it reduces gradually during the operation condition, or reduces suddenly for a short time, it is caused by the ducts clogging. 在风机新安装后,进行正式运转就发生流量过大或不足的现象,其原因主要是管网阻力实际 值与计算值相差过大或选择风机时未考虑风机本身全压偏差的影响。 After new fan installation, volume is overabundance or shortage during formal operation, it is mainly caused by the big difference between actual and calculated value of ducts network resistance or not allowing for total pressure error influence on fan. 风机发生流量过多或不足时可采用以下方法消除: remedy for overlarge or short of volume: ⑴.利用调节门的开闭程度调节流量。 Regulate the volume of the damper opening. ⑵.改变风机转速调节流量。(注:如超过性能表中给定的风机转速,必须针对设计、生产。) change fan speed to regulate the volume (note: fan speed is more than given speed in the performance data sheet, specially design and manufacture). ⑶.改变管网阻力系数调节流量。 Change ducts network resistance coefficient to regulate the volume. 当调节门全开时,流量仍过小,此时可设法改变管使网阻力系数减小,以增加流量,也可增 加风机的转速,但转速不得大于性能表中的最大转速。 When damper is open fully, but volume is still very small, try to change the ducts and make the ducts networks resistance coefficient reduce to increase the volume and fan speed, but fan speed cannot exceed the max. speed given in the performance data sheet.
