Name Screening Case Management Tool in eOPS: A robust case management tool with a
standardized process for managing GNS cases in eOPS with automated workflow having role specific
access rights for the intended stakeholder.
SAIL- Enterprise Case Management - Enhancements: The Enterprise Case Management Solution
(ECM) will use Oracle Mantas Case Manager as the front end to the solution. It is important that the
ECM system workflow is aligned to and acts as an enabler for the “Triple A” process (Assess, Analyse,
Act) to be implemented across the global SCB and AML functions
ePEP - PEP Work flow Tool: Current CDD Advisor systems do not have the ability to escalate clients
to the Group PEP and Sensitive Client Unit within a specific workflow, or to generate a single register
across all countries and segments. As such, a robust case management tool with a standardized
process for managing PEP cases in eOPS.
RFI - Request for Information: A robust case management tool with a standardized process for
managing US RFI cases in eOPS with automated workflow having role specific access rights for the
intended stakeholder.
Client of Concern Register: The solution will meet all data privacy and sharing requirements and, will
provide a robust replacement for the current manual process and as such will replace all associated
EUC’s and manual ‘In-Country’ tracking methods. This project is intended to overall improve the
quality of investigation triggers and visibility of ‘Client of Concern’ to GFCIIU.
Transaction Surveillance System Upgrade: The Supervisory Remediation Program (‘SRP’) agreed
by the bank includes the up-gradation of transaction surveillance system in order to leverage and
features available in the latest product version with ensuring key functionalities and processes that are
currently available.
Customer Due Diligence Periodic Risk Review: Periodic calendar based review is one of the key
process by which SCB satisfies this requirement. Hence, the bank has decided to implement the
Periodic Review Process in the current Detica CDD system.
Customer Due Diligence Dynamic Risk Rating: The bank currently performs its ongoing dynamic
risk rating via the eMLPS and CMLPS system. FCR have recently updated the risk assessment matrix
for customer risk assignment, to meet this new requirements the bank is implementing the CDD DRR
system supplied by Detica.
Transaction Surveillance System (SCR): The solution enables organizations to detect and combat
financial crime, reducing their operational losses and addressing the industry’s ever changing
compliance and regulatory requirements.
