You can use the Zakonodavstvo Ukrainy site to find all types of legal documents – not only laws passed by the Verkhovna Rada.
You can also look for normative acts by the institution that passed the act. In addition to the title, the date, or the number of the document.

By clicking on the name of the law, you can see the full text of the law, the references to laws that were changed as a result and you can print the text or save it . Additionally you can look at the History of the law’s passage.

And after seeing when the law was passed, signed and when it takes effect, once can also see the date that the law was published/promulgated in the official sources.
The Verkhovna Rada site provides a wealth of information to allow for public access to the legislative process. The resources are improving every day and more and more committees are preparing their sites to go on line.
