INSPIRATION NOTE
1. INSPIRATION NOTE
I have always been intrigued and fascinated by how humanity (people) informed by their social,
political, religious, economic and cultural beliefs interact, define, redefine, understand,
improvise, interpret, re-interpret and evolve spaces with time with or without the Architects
As a young man I have always been fascinated by the contextual aesthetics of buildings having
had an artistic background with profound interest in painting, sketching, graphics and sculpting.
The urge to understand the functionality, flexibility, utility, logic and rationalism of built spaces
inspired me to study Architecture. To further help me decode, appreciate and understand the
built environment and provide honest, contextual, responsive solutions to spatial problems that
are not pre meditated to our society. To not only design places but design spaces that reflect
peoples hopes, aspirations, community spirit and identity in this age of globalization.
