4. THIS IS IT!
• We are all going to meet on Saturday at my
apartment (which is connected to a park)
and we are going to take a brisk walk
together. We will either walk 1 mile or for 30
minutes, whichever happens first.
5. We should do this together because
• It’s easy
• Inexpensive
• You don’t have to buy or do anything extra,
just come to my house
• It’s good for your heart and your respiratory
system
• It’s the one of the safest forms of aerobic
exercise.
• And we can enjoy each other’s company while
getting healthy!
