                          ● Be designed and operated by experts;
                          ● Put on the helmet and fasten the belt when install;
                          ● Hang device with high-quality installing material;
                          ●Take care with lifting operation and mechanical
                              wound;

 A    Bundle on steel frame/pipe with steel wire →Be symmetric on both sides;

 B1   Buckle in the hang hole on two sides of power case with two mobile buckles on steel wire components;

 B2   Tighten mobile buckle nut on the two sides of steel wire components;

 ▲    Attention: Check up on the firmness of installation!

A    Picture A; Twist off chain set screw with cross screwdriver in the circle;

B    Picture B: Detach plug in the circle→twist off the set screw in small power case with cross screwdriver.
Operating as the pictures would exchange or maintain module directly.

■ Installation maintenance
▲The following points have to be considered during the inspection:
Check up on the device and electron once every two years to make sure product secure use;
All screws used for installing the device or part of the device have to be tightly connected and must not be corroded;
There must not be any deformation on the housing, fixation and installation spots (ceiling, suspension, trussing);
The electronic power supply cables must not show any damages, material fatigue (e.g. porous cables) or sediments;
Make sure signal cables and FCS-driver and FCS-PD8 are not placed near any magnetic interference;



▲Advice
Clean the device frequently. Please use a moist, lint free cloth. Never use alcohol or solvents!
Environment with foggers will require more periodic cleaning as fog fluid tends to build up residues, reducing the
light output.
The plastic enclosure will require periodic cleaning according to usage and environment



▲Attention
Power cable replacement: If the power cable is damaged, it has to be replaced by electrical safety regulations only in
order to avoid hazards
Only exchanging light bar or lamp is included in maintenance range;
Other maintenance and service are to be carried out by authorize dealers.

Operating as the pictures would exchange or maintain module directly. 10

Rayson Technology Limited ■ Installation maintenance ▲The following points have to be considered during the inspection: Check up on the device and electron once every two years to make sure product secure use; All screws used for installing the device or part of the device have to be tightly connected and must not be corroded; There must not be any deformation on the housing, fixation and installation spots (ceiling, suspension, trussing); The electronic power supply cables must not show any damages, material fatigue (e.g. porous cables) or sediments; Make sure signal cables and FCS-driver and FCS-PD8 are not placed near any magnetic interference; ▲Advice Clean the device frequently. Please use a moist, lint free cloth. Never use alcohol or solvents! Environment with foggers will require more periodic cleaning as fog fluid tends to build up residues, reducing the light output. The plastic enclosure will require periodic cleaning according to usage and environment ▲Attention Power cable replacement: If the power cable is damaged, it has to be replaced by electrical safety regulations only in order to avoid hazards Only exchanging light bar or lamp is included in maintenance range; Other maintenance and service are to be carried out by authorize dealers.
