i know that it is common practice for a landlord to ask for a credit check. well
l, needless to say i had to file a chapter 7 2+ years ago. i am now able to get
on my feet, i have now credit cards with 10k credit. my credit score is fair wit
h a 700. now if i were to apply for an apartment, would i be automatically d
enied because of my chapter 7 ?
