9. Step-7.Verification of
documents/forms by ROC
After payment of all fees and stamp duties ROC
will verify all the documents and may suggenst
few changes to be made in the attachment of form
itself we need to make necessary changes
accordingly

10. Step-8.Issue of Certificate of
incorporation
Once all the forms are duly approved by ROC the digitalsigned
“certificate of incorporation” will mailed to Directors.
when we get the certificate and open in abode reader may display
“validity unknown”in order to validate few steps to fallow as below
