Key Results: How the team will
measure success
Key results are the team or org's
measurable objectives. They should be
ambitious but achievable, and quantifiable
enough to lead to objective scoring. Set 3-5
key results.
For example, 70% achievement is typically
considered successful. Scoring higher may
mean the aspirational goals are not being
set high enough.

Leverage OKRs to align teams on a common business goal-setting and management methodology 96% of employees who use OKRs understand how their work ties into broader company goals Mission Strategic Priorities Values and culture Objectives Key Results Key Initiatives and Projects Purpose Strategy Execution
  • 8. OKR definition Objectives: What the team wants to accomplish Objectives are clear, inspiring, public stretch goals shared across teams and organizations. To sharpen focus, limit to 5 objectives. Key Results: How the team will measure success Key results are the team or org's measurable objectives.
