Scott Zuckerman is the President and CEO of Wexford Financial Strategies. Scott is dedicated to providing a high
level of quality financial analysis and outstanding client service. Scott helps his clients generate wealth, maximize
the value of their assets and enhance the quality of their lives, today and for generations to come. Scott brings with
him ten years of experience as an entrepreneur where he has helped business owners realize their financial goals
and dreams. Consumers of all income and net worth levels often express feelings of confusion, frustration,
skepticism, and sometimes even fear as they approach the subjects of insurance and wealth management. For
this reason, having financial balance of protection, assets, liabilities and cash flow is vital in the overall, holistic
planning process. These macroeconomic strategies are where Scott places his emphasis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND DEDICATION:

Scott has committed himself to ensuring that his clients have the best-qualified person to help them with their
financial needs. As a result, he holds Series 7 and 66 securities registrations. Scott is also able to offer investment
advice and financial planning as an investment advisor representative of MML Investor Services Inc. He is also
licensed to offer life, disability income and group health insurance. These licenses enable him to provide a range of
financial strategies to his clients, both individuals and business owners.

Scott also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation. This means Your Chartered Financial
Consultant® has completed the most extensive educational program required for any financial services credential.
Each ChFC® has taken at least eight college-level courses on all aspects of financial planning from The American
College, a non-profit educator with the highest level of academic accreditation. The average study time for the
program is over 400 hours, and financial professionals frequently spend years earning this distinction. Each ChFC®
must also complete a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education every two years and must meet extensive
experience requirements to help ensure you receive the professional financial advice you need.

Scott also holds the Certified Fund Specialist® designation. This certification requires knowledge of portfolio
construction, risk measurement, manager selection, monitoring, income strategies, retirement accounts, titling,
taxation and the psychological aspects of finance. According to the Institute of Business and Finance, (2010) “The
vast majority of investors and advisors do not know how to properly select a mutual fund, understand what criteria
are important, asset category correlation or what historical statistical information is a good predictor and what is a
poor indicator of what is likely to happen in the future.”

The Chartered Life Underwriter® designation is the most respected designation of insurance expertise. This field of
study provides professionals with in-depth knowledge on insurance needs of individuals, families and business
owners. The CLU® recipient can provide expert advice on a broad range of financial topics including life and health
insurance, pension planning, insurance law, income taxation, investments, financial and estate planning, and group
benefits.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University in 1999.

Scott lives in Long Island, New York with his wife, Natalie and their son Landon. Scott’s strict mental discipline and
commitment to physical fitness has enabled him to succeed in the severely regimented practice of martial arts and
to become a black belt and certified Mixed Martial Arts Instructor.
