Zaya Nurai Island is situated along the pristine waters of the Arabian Gulf in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

4. HISTORY
Zaya Nurai Island – derived from the Arabic word Noor, meaning light, was conceived by Zaya’s CEO
Nadia Zaal to provide a sanctuary for discerning individuals. Zaya has developed Zaya Nurai Island into
an exclusive community of limited edition Estate Villas and Water Villa homes and Zaya Hospitality first
boutique resort.
Nurai was born from Nadia’s dream to create a truly nurturing living space that would nourish the mind,
body and spirit of each person who made their home there. The ethos is to encourage residents and
guests to reassess and relax, enabling them to fully immerse themselves in enjoying the beauty of life

up to new discoveries and friendships.

An abundance of water sports activities are available at two locations on Zaya Nurai Island; Smokin

and kite surfing.
