Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

urmatorii pasi:
Pasul 1. Predarea memoriei fiscale la Administratia Financiara de care apartine locatia
initiala a punctului de lucru.
La Administratia Financiara trebuie sa prezentati:
• Cartea de Interventii (contine toate inregistrarile efectuate de tehnicianul de service
pe toata durata de functionare, precum si toate datele de indentificare ale casei de
marcat si datele utilizatorului) si Registrul Special al casei de marcat;
• Certificarul de Inmatriculare al firmei - copie;
• Certificat de inregistrare in scopuri TVA (CIF) – copie (daca e cazul);
• Cerere catre Administratia Financiara de sector ( se completeaza la administratie);
• Declaratie de instalare: original + copie;
• Adresa D.G.F.P. : original + copie;
• Stampila societatii;
• CI al administratorului societatii sau a persoanei care preda memoria fiscala;
• Delegatie a persoanei care preda memoria fiscala.

Pasul 4 : Emiterea unei facturi de retur catre societatea care a incetat sa foloseasca
casa de marcat si emiterea unei noi facturi de vanzare catre societatea care va prelua
casa de marcat.
Pentru acest procedeu sunt necesare:
• Chitanta si stampila din partea societatii care renunta la casa de marcat;
• Datele societatii care preia casa de marcat pentru emiterea unei facturi si a unei
chitante de cumparare;
• Stampila societatii.

7. Pentru a transfera o casa de marcat pe o alta societate sunt necesari
urmatorii pasi:
Pasul 5: Pentru obtinerea seriei fiscale pentru noua memorie a casei de marcat trebuie intocmit
dosarul ce se depune ulterior la Directia Generala a Finantelor Publice (D.G.F.P.) a Municipiului
Bucuresti (sau resedinta de judet) in a carei raza teritoriala se afla punctul de lucru. Acesta va
contine:
5.1 De la firma dvs:
• Copie dupa Codul Unic de Inregistrare (CUI);
• Copie dupa Certificat de Inregistrare Fiscala (CIF) – doar in cazul firmelor platitoare de TVA;
• Copie dupa dovada punctului de lucru unde va functiona casa de marcat (contract inchiriere,
• comodat, vanzare-cumparare, certificat constatator;
• Copie dupa Actul Constitutiv;
• Copie dupa BI/CI al administratorului;
• Declaratie pe propria raspundere in cazul in care casa de marcat se va utiliza in regim
ambulant/volant. In acest caz trebuie sa existe in Actul Constitutiv (pentru Bucuresti) sau
Certificatul Constatator (pentru Ilfov) unul din urmatoarele coduri CAEN:
4779, 4781, 4782, 4789, 4791 sau 4799 sau orice activitate care se desfasoara la beneficiari /
terti;
• Stampila societatii.

De la noi:
• Copie dupa factura si chitanta prin care se face dovada achizitionarii casei de
marcat;
• Copie dupa avizul de distributie si service pentru modelul achizitionat;
• Copie dupa Certificatul de Garantie;
• Copie dupa Procesul Verbal de sigilare a casei de marcat;
• Doua exemplare a cererei tip pentru atribuirea nurmarului de ordine a seriei
fiscale.
Depunerea dosarului pentru D.G.F.P. Bucuresti si Judetul Ilfov se face pe Str.
Dimitrie Gerota Nr. 13, Etj. 2, Camera 212A, Sector 2 Certificatul de Atribuire a
Numarului de Ordine se elibereaza in 5 zile lucratoare.

tarifa conform contractului de service incheiat.

impreuna data si locul unde se va face fiscalizarea.

5.3. In maxim 24 de ore de la fiscalizare trebuie sa va prezentati la Administratia
Financiara de care apartine punctul de lucru pentru avizarea fiscalizarii. Dosarul va
contine :
• Declaratia de instalare in 4 exemplare;
• Certificatul de la D.G.F.P in original si copie;
• Cartea de interventii si Registrul Special;
• Copie CUI;
• Copie CIF (doar in cazul firmelor platitoare de TVA);
• Primul BON FISCAL si primul Raport Z.
Daca sediul social al firmei nu se afla in aceeasi raza teritoriala cu cea a punctului
de lucru, trebuie sa mergeti pentru a viza Registrul Special si la Administratia
Financiara unde isi are sediul social firma, cu urmatoarele acte:
• Registrul special;
• Cartea de interventie vizata de A.F. a punctului de lucru;
• copie de pe declaratia de instalare vizata de Administratia Financiara de la
punctul de lucru;
• Copie + original a certificatului de la D.G.F.P.;
• Copie dupa CUI;
• Copie dupa CIF (numai daca firma d-stra este platitoare de TVA);

11. Pentru a transfera o casa de marcat pe o alta societate sunt necesari
urmatorii pasi:
5.4. In maxim 7 zile de la primirea noului Certificat de
Atribuire a Numarului de Ordine, trebuie sa predate
un exemplar al Declaratiei de Instalare vizata la Administratia
Financiara de sector in Str. Dimitrie Gerota Nr. 13, Etj.
2, Camera 212A, Sector 2 (Bucuresti si Judetul Ilfov).
