Mr. Aragaw has over 3 years consulting and research experience in the environmental and over 2
years in the construction consulting industry, respectively. Mr. Aragaw has different international
experiences in the civil and environmental engineering industry. Research experience, worked as
junior Researcher in an international and prominent research Institute 'Stockholm Environment Institute
(SEI)', Energy for All 2030 project team, European Commission(EC)-financed initiative focused on
technical and policy support to EU decision makers related to sustainable energy access for
development in Sub-Saharan Africa. Mr. Aragaw also worked as Civil Works Supervisor, supervising
local sub-contractors and managing day- to- day site activities in the Load Dispatch Center project on
behalf of AREVA T&D currently merged with ALSTOM GRID, an International French General
Contractor in the energy and power industry.
Mr. Aragaw also has extensive field experience and worked as Engineering Associate for two
engineering consulting firms here in the US. Mr. Aragaw responsibilities include coordinating field
operations and laboratory analysis for geotechnical subsurface soil investigations, soil and
groundwater sampling and coordinating field operations for Phase II Environmental Site Assessment

materials testing and inspection program to be conducted by a third party, specifically new buildings

Mr. Aragaw is currently practicing all aspects of due diligence assessments and the needs and
requirements of a variety of reporting standard requirements including the American Society for
Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I
