Objectives
I seek a company that will offer a long term, challenging work experience for an entry level Electrical
Engineer. I want to grow professionally in an environment that can utilize my educational and
organization skills. I hope to find a best fit company that can provide successfulcareer opportunities.
Education
Texas Tech University, Lubbock, TX
Whitacre College of Engineering Graduate May 2015
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Professional Experience
Oceaneering Internship Summer 2014
Electrical Engineering Intern
Utilized prior knowledge of products to systematically construct in-house Engineering Data
Sheets to assist any newly hired Electrical Engineers in acclimating to the use of Oceaneering's
custom made boards. Tested limits of each board to create specs to follow. Provided uses of each
port/pin to assist in determining each boards use in a project.
Oceaneering Internship Summer 2013
Electrical Technician Intern
Focused on servicing returning products from the field. Utilized test procedures as well as
knowledge of debugging techniques to fix any issues present in returning products. Documented
all steps to provide verification of working condition.
Oceaneering Internship Winter 2012
Electrical Technician Intern
Assisted in building of pressure and flow controlled oil delivery mechanisms. Each stationary
distribution system was thoroughly tested to meet safety standards set by the company.
Oceaneering Internship Summer 2012
Electrical Technician Intern
Assisted in building schematics, hardware, and control systems with other interns and full time
employees in Oceaneering’s DTS division. Focused mainly on construction of control van for
ROV manipulation by ROV driver.

Opened shop during weekends, assisted in selling of merchandise, cared for animals by
distributing food, water, and medications. Ensured cleanliness of boarded animals and daily
exercise routines were met. Supervised other employees to maintain other responsibilities and
tasks.
Engineering Experience
Texas Tech requires each Electrical Engineering student to take four lab classes in which a
professor assigned to that respective lab will distribute projects to groups that are to be done
before the end of the semester. Each lab requires weekly presentations as well as written
datasheets for each project.
Texas Tech Lab I:Construction of a vehicle that is able to sense differing colored flooring and make
decisions based on preset logic parameters. The skills built during this project
involved C++ coding as well as basic understanding of purchasing parts, basic
problem solving, microcontroller functionality, and data sheet deciphering.
Texas Tech Lab II:Building of a sound detection and placement system mimicking military gunshot
radar. Skills built during this project focused on sound recognition, LabVIEW
coding, and microcontroller functionality.
Texas Tech Lab III:Building of a RF System that will turn on and off two separate systems from a
distance of 100 feet away. The skills focused on improving during this project
include signal recognition, adhering toward FCC regulations, RF design, and sky
wiring.
Texas Tech Lab IV: A Mobile Pollution detection system involving a Raspberry Pi transmitting pollution
density data to an online system. Skills improved included 3D printing, Linux
coding, board design, power budgeting, C++, and budget limitation.
Skill Sets
Programming Languages: LabVIEW (CLAD Certified) Matlab Arduino
Schematic Programs: PSpice Eagle LTSpice AutoCAD
FreeCAD
