INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE
o Working as Broadcast Executive in Times Television Network since Sep 2014.
o Worked as Machine Operation & Maintenance Engineer in Global Dent Aids Pvt Ltd
Since 1st of January 2012 to 31st of March 2013.
o Worked as an intern on Doordarshan’s DTH expansion project from 59 to 97 channels at
Doordarshan DTH facility, Todapur New Delhi.
o One week internship at Doordarshan’s DTH facility at Todapur Earth Station, New Delhi
and got knowledge of complete DTH chain like Receive system, Baseband & Compression
system of TANDBERG & SCOPUS,MUX and RE-MUX, Modulators HPA, Up-Converter
system Automatic uplink power control system, RF measurements, Spectrum analyzer,
Waveform monitor, Test loop translator (TLT) &all types of Monitoring equipment, NMS,
Diplexers, and PDAs, L band, ASI &SDI routers, cables and waveguides, UPS systems etc.
o One week on job working experience on Doordarshan’s well-equipped Automated Server
system, like Playback, News Room Automation (NRCS) & Integrated Automation (MOS).
o One week internship at Doordarshan Kendra for studio, news production, DSNG& OB at
Mandi House New Delhi and got the exposure to learn studio operations, PCR, MSR,
operation of Vision mixer, Audio console, CCU, LIVE-U and TV-U, studio lighting,
HD/SD camera operations SAN storages, Sony and Panasonic VTRs, Video/Audio
distribution amplifiers, monitoring wall, technical aspects of programme production etc.
o One week internship at Doordarshan’s high power Terrestrial TV transmission, FM
transmission, and C band uplink earth station facility at Pitampura, Delhi and got the
knowledge of 20 KW terrestrial transmitter, IF and RF amplifiers, Exciter, Regulated power
transformer, U link Power combiners, dummy load, RF measurements, cooling system for
transmitters, monitoring systems, UPS systems also got knowledge of complete chain of C-
band earth station and FM transmission of FM radio channels. I had also worked there on
newly installed DVB-T2 Transmitter.

2. TECHNICAL SKILLS
o Theoretical concept of audio and video fundamentals, various video compression standards
like MPEG-2(In all profile standard), MPEG-4(In all profile standard), HEVC- H.264,
H.265, & for Audio coding based upon MPEG-1(all layers) MUSICAM, MP3, AAC,
DOLBY Digital broadcasting standards like DVB-T/T2, DVB-S/S2 ,DVB-C and DVB-H,
IPTV.
o Knowledge of various Broadcast Equipment like L band router, IRD, ASI router, SDI
router, Encoder, Multiplexers, Modulator, Real time Spectrum analyser, Digital and
analogue waveform monitor, HPAs, VSAT, Equalizers, Up converters, combiners, , SD/HD
monitors, microphones, cables and connectors.
o Knowledge of DTH and Terrestrial Transmission chain, Baseband and compression system,
Multiplexer,SAT Modulator, Equalizers, AUPC, Up converter, BTR, & KHPA system,
Antenna and receive system, IF, RF monitoring and measurement system, Air-conditioning
system, Power supply system, UPS system.
o Exposure to TV and Radio studio operations, recording, lighting, event coverage and
handling of professional equipment.

TIMES TELEVISION NETWORK EXPERIENCE
o I am working on Live U Operation and Maintenance Department of Times Television Network
since September 2014.
o My work domain cover to provide technical support for Live U operation on existing Cellular
Network, Have done many international tour, all major part of world like, China, US, Europe,
Japan, Singapore, South Asian Country, Middle East.
o Hand on Operational and Technical experience on LU-70 (Window &Linux based OS), LU-500,
LU-200, Live U Solo, Live U SMART, Live U Extender.
o Hand on working experience on Live U Central for Monitoring and remote access setting like
interface APN setting.
o Hand on working experience on Live U server Installation, Maintenance and Monitoring.
o I have done Live U field monitoring Survey. To analysis the data rate of video stream through
cellular network at different location in all Major cities of India.
o Worked in PCR technical desk to provide technical support and coordination on OB, LIVE U
incoming feed. Colour and iris adjustment on camera control unit. Technical support on audio
video mixer and talk back intercom.

3. o Worked in Ingest for Times now and ET now. Got hand on experience on Avid Air Speed video
server. and Avid Media Composer, Sony DSR 1800 VTR.
o Worked on graphics machine of Avid, for making playlist of Zoom, Movies Now, Romedy Now
channels. Worked on wasp and vizerti graphics machine.
o I was also working on broadcast engineering and did many multicam shoot in Delhi and
Mumbai. Got to know total chain of signal and worked on it for a while.
