The catering manager, Kristina Madsen, did an outstanding job coordinating all event details. The ballroom and four-course dinner from the DragonFly restaurant were spectacular. Several other staff members also provided excellent service, including the beverage manager, bartenders, maid service, bellmen, valet attendants, and front desk staff who went above and beyond to help an elderly guest. The purpose of this letter is to tell you how much my wife Lori and I appreciate the efforts of your
Catering Sales Manager, Kristina Madsen. Kristina was professional and did a tremendous job
coordinating all the details of our June 20, 2015 wedding reception. She worked so well with my wife
Lori, daughter Chrissy, and wedding coordinator Terry. Kristina’s attention to details of special request
and prompt communication of all the follow up items was a premier experience. The ball room was
spectacular and the four course sit down dinner from DragonFly restaurant was amazing. Thanks to Alex,
the Beverage Manager Alex for working with us on the open bar consumption process. The quality of the
bartenders working open bar was excellent and wine service during dinner was outstanding. The Red
Room, Last Zar and, #2 hotel rooms were spectacular. As for the rest of the staff, I want to provide
special recognition to:
1. The maid service staff who cleaned all of our quest 14 rooms that allowed us early check-in
before 2:00 pm. What can I say, but thank you! Much appreciated!
2. The Bellman service from Brant and Kenny with our many overnight guests.
3. The Valet Parking Attendants who coordinated the bus and limo transportation to and from hotel
to Royal Lane Baptist Church. Also, parking all the cars for our reception quest.
4. Andrew at the front desk went beyond the call of duty to help my 82 year old Father and his wife
Marcie who was just diagnosed with Shingles. The speed for which they coordinated the
transportation to pick up her prescription at Walgreens a few hours before the wedding was
premier customer service.

pictures please call. Collectively, Kristina and supporting Hotel Zaza staff made my daughter’s wedding
