Víziou grantového programu neinvestičného fondu Teacher Development Program Slovakia (TDPS) je motivovať všetkých pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov základných škôl, stredných škôl a gymnázií, aby na sebe komplexne pracovali, podporovali svoj osobnostný a profesijný rast a zároveň svoje nadobudnuté vedomosti a znalosti zdieľali so svojou komunitou.
