Women Empow erment Empow erment ofIndigenous Community Green Economy Youth Leadership Social Entrepreneurship Focus Areas _______________________________________________________________ ______________________________ _______________________________________ THE YOUTH SCHOOL FOR SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS (YSSE) IS A YOUTH LED REGISTERED NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ERADICATE EXTREME POVERTY AND SOLVE YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT PROBLEM BY EMPOWERING YOUTH AND WOMEN THROUGH SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP. The organizational vision is to ensure employment and equity for youth through social entrepreneurship and capacity building. The organizational mission is to create large scale job opportunities through social entrepreneurship by conducting training, counselling, monitoring etc. which will ultimately solve the economic and gender inequality. Youth are suffering from poverty & unemployment. More than 1.3 billion in the world and in Bangladesh 24% people live in extreme poverty –Less than $1.25 a day. One billion youth will enter the job market in the next decade, but only 40% are expected to be able to get jobs. We are fostering youths as social entrepreneurs to solve social problems specially unemployment, gender disparity & poverty through their innovative ideas and implementations. We educate them through training, w orks-hop, and BootCamp. Through this process, we foster youth as social entrepreneurs to solve social problems. We provide mentorship support , consultancy service and help them to access investors. Target People Funding Needed Funding
- 3. ___________________________________________________________________________ ___________________________ __________________________________________ Uddog oUddokta The main purpose of the project is the welfare of the society, increasing the number of entrepreneurs & developing the overall environment of creating enterprise and entrepreneurs. Urban Farm Bangladesh The main objective of the project is to promote the rooftop gardening among youth and women in building a sustainable urban organic food agriculture system and create small-scale entrepreneurs. The Power of One It is an online based magazine that provides useful information, educate and inspire young generation people to take the step forward to becoming a successful social entrepreneur.
