The document is an invitation to become a citizen of God's kingdom. It explains that there are two things one must do to enter God's kingdom: repent of sins and believe the gospel. It discusses how Jesus died for our sins and was resurrected, which allows us to be forgiven if we repent and believe. The invitation encourages opening one's heart to Jesus by admitting being a sinner, believing in Jesus' death and resurrection, and receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior. It suggests next steps of learning about one's rights and responsibilities, sharing one's testimony, being baptized, and understanding one's role in the church.
