PERSONALITIES
• COGNITIVE THINKING ACTIVITY
• ACCORDING TO HOLY QURAN
• REASONS FOR CONSEQUENCES
• CONCLUSION
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After participating in this session, attendees
would be able to . . .
1) Annotate the proverb.
2) Relate the content with real-life experiences.
3) Mentally ready to set up new goals.
4) Motivate others in achieving their goals.
Breaking an egg and making an omelette
means…
• To go through something seemingly not
nice for a good result.
• To bear hardships to gain something
desirable.
• To take efforts in order to achieve
something nice.
 When one aims to achieve the desired
outcome, there must be something
precious that he has to offer.
There is no success without sacrifice.
Two main things that stand out your
way when achieving the goal are:
1) Time
2) Hard Work
 Research has shown that the
outcomes of sacrifice are
influenced by people’s
motivations for sacrificing.
 If you invest time into a relationship it
bears fruit.
 You invest in your body, it pays you back
in terms of ‘good health’.
 You invest with hard work at work or study,
it results in knowledge.
“If there was
no struggle,
no sacrifice,
the person
would never
get us
freedom”
“If there was no
struggle, no
sacrifice, the
person would
never become a
great scientist”
“If there was no
struggle, no
sacrifice, the
person would
never become the
best player in the
world”
In order to get new precious
stones, you have to lose old
precious stones from your
filled crystal vase.
AS IT IS SAID IN QURAN SURAH
ASH-SHARH 94:5 #VERSE
‫ا‬ ًۭ
‫ر‬ْ‫س‬ُ‫ي‬ ِ
‫ر‬ْ‫س‬ُ‫ع‬ْ‫ل‬‫ٱ‬ َ‫ع‬َ‫م‬ َّ‫ن‬ِ‫إ‬
“FOR INDEED, WITH HARDSHIP
[WILL BE] EASE.”
• No magic, no miracle can help achieve
objectives unless you face challenges.
One must deal with sleepless nights,
stress, and health issues during the
procedure of reaching height.
The real strength of a man lies in how
much struggle he can withstand to gain
maximum in his lifetime.
• If you lose something, it was either not
quite right for you (and you didn’t figure
that out quickly enough) or the timing
wasn’t right for it to fully manifest (so it
needs to go back into the oven for a bit
longer).
It’s being taken off the table so that you
have the space to create something
better suited for you.
When life becomes a lose-lose
situation and there is no positive net
gain this is due to the following
reasons:
1. Fear of success and/or failure.
2. Lack of understanding of the goal-
setting process.
3. Lack of commitment to the goal.
5. Analysis of paralysis.
6. Lack of a real destination.
7. Failing to plan.
8. Having too many goals.
9. Feeling unworthy of the end result.
10. Lack of motivation to change.
Goal achievement doesn’t have to be an
elusive target. You really can be who you
want and do what you want.
Balance your goals, and avoid the
mistakes that hinder people’s results, so
you can achieve any goal and reach new
levels of personal and professional
success.
