1) Pratik Mulpury organized a cancer screening camp in Chataparru, Andhra Pradesh, India on February 20-21, 2016 in response to the loss of family and friends to cancer and the need for screening in rural areas. 2) Around 700 people were screened for cancers like breast, cervical, lung and head-neck cancers. Cancer was detected in 5 people, and 2 had already begun treatment with costs covered by the government. 3) The camp aimed to increase cancer awareness and screening in rural areas and pave the way for future camps through collaboration with Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital and support from family, friends, and officials.
