John deere 790 compact utility tractor service repair manualfhjsjekdmme
The diesel engine uses a mechanical fuel transfer pump to draw fuel from the tank and send it through the fuel filter and then to the injection pump. The injection pump meters the fuel and delivers it at high pressure to the injection nozzles. Excess fuel is returned to the tank. Air enters through the air filter and intake manifold. The cooling system uses a coolant pump to circulate coolant through the engine block and radiator to cool it.

SÄKERHET UNDER
ARBETET 1
Tillvägagångssätten som anges i denna
verkstadshandbok är de som Yamaha
rekommenderar att Yamaha-handlare
och mekaniker ska använda.
BRANDSKYDD 1
Bensin är synnerligen lättantändligt.
Bensinångor är explosiva om de antänds.
Rök inte när bensin hanteras och håll
bensin borta från värme, gnistor och bara
lågor.
VENTILATION 1
Bensinångor är tyngre än luft och är
dödsfarliga om de inandas i större
mängd. Det är skadligt att inandas avga-
ser.
Ventilera väl när motorer provkörs
inomhus.
PERSONSKYDD 1
Skydda ögonen med lämpliga skydds-
glasögon eller ögonskydd när slipning
eller andra arbeten utförs som kan göra
att partiklar slungas ut. Skydda händer
och fötter genom att använda skydds-
handskar eller skyddsskor om det är
lämpligt för arbetet du utför.
OLJOR, FETTER OCH
TÄTNINGSVÄTSKOR 1
Använd endast oljor, fetter och tätnings-
vätskor från Yamaha eller sådana som
rekommenderas av Yamaha.

Tässä huolto-ohjeessa kuvatut työ-
menetelmät ovat Yamahan jäl-
leenmyyjilleen ja heidän
huoltohenkilöstölleen suosittele-
mia.
PALONTORJUNTA 1
Bensiini on erittäin tulenarkaa.
Bensiinihöyryt räjähtävät syttyes-
sään.
Älä tupakoi bensiiniä käsitellessäsi
ja pidä bensiini loitolla kuumuu-
desta, kipinöistä ja avotulesta.
ILMANVAIHTO 1
Bensiinihöyryt ovat ilmaa paina-
vampia ja suurina määrinä hengi-
tettynä hengenvaarallisia.
Moottorin pakokaasut ovat hengi-
tettyinä haitallisia.
Huolehdi riittävästä ilmanvaih-
dosta, jos moottoria koekäytetään
sisätiloissa.
SUOJAVARUSTEET 1
Käytä aina asianmukaisia suojala-
seja tai silmäsuojaimia käsitelles-
säsi paineilmaa, käyttäessäsi
hiomakonetta sekä kaikessa
työssä, jossa ilmaan voi singota
hiukkasia. Käytä suojakäsineitä ja
turvajalkineita, kun työn laatu sitä
vaatii.
ÖLJYT, VOITELUAINEET JA
TIIVISTENESTEET 1
Käytä ainoastaan Yamahan val-
mistamia ja suosittelemia öljyjä,
voiteluaineita ja tiivistysnesteitä.
LAVORARE IN
SICUREZZA 1
Le procedure illustrate nel presente
manuale sono quelle raccomandate dalla
Yamaha ai propri concessionari ed ai
loro meccanici.
PREVENZIONE INCENDI 1
La benzina è altamente infiammabile.
Se i vapori di benzina prendono fuoco,
sono esplosivi.
Non fumare mentre si maneggia la ben-
zina e tenerla lontana da fonti di calore,
da scintille e da fiamme aperte.
VENTILAZIONE 1
I vapori di benzina sono più pesanti
dell’aria e, se inalati in grandi quantità,
sono mortali. I gas di scarico del motore
sono pericolosi in caso di inalazione.
Quando si collauda un motore in un
ambiente chiuso, provvedere ad una
buona ventilazione.
PROTEZIONE DAGLI INFORTUNI1
eseguendo.
OLI, GRASSI E LIQUIDI

SAFETY WHILE WORKING
Under normal conditions of use, there
should be no hazards from the use of the
lubricants mentioned in this manual, but
safety is all-important, and by adopting
good safety practices, any risk is minimized.
A summary of the most important precau-
tions is as follows:
1. While working, maintain good stan-
dards of personal and industrial
hygiene.
2. Clothing which has become contami-
nated with lubricants should be
changed as soon as practicable, and
laundered before further use.
3. Avoid skin contact with lubricants; do
not, for example, place a soiled wiping-
rag in your pocket.
4. Hands and any other part of the body
which have been in contact with lubri-
cants or lubricant-contaminated cloth-
ing, should be thoroughly washed with
hot water and soap as soon as practica-
ble.
5. To protect the skin, the application of a
suitable barrier cream to the hands
before working, is recommended.
6. A supply of clean lint-free cloths should
be available for wiping purposes.
GOOD WORKING PRACTICES
1. The right tools
Use the recommended special tools to
protect parts from damage. Use the
right tool in the right manner – do not
improvise.
2. Tightening torque
Follow the tightening torque instruc-
tions. When tightening bolts, nuts and
screws, tighten the large sizes first, and
tighten inner-positioned fixings before
outer-positioned ones.
