A shipping vessel owned by World Shipping Company caught fire 3 hours ago 350 miles from the Canary Islands after pirates attempted to attack and take over the ship. Molotov cocktails were thrown during the attack, damaging the engine room and hull and spilling fuel into the ocean, causing additional fires. All 61 crew members were accounted for with only minor injuries to the engineers. Search and rescue operations are underway with coast guards and authorities from the Canary Islands and Spain. Company officials are traveling to the Canary Islands and an investigation is planned to identify those responsible for the attack.

5. We managed to communicate with our crew just
right after the first fire started.
A pirate ship tried to attack our ship but our
security guards didn‘t let them take over the
ship.
After a fail attempt of takeover, they started to
throw molotov bomb.

main deck and stern.
Our engine room is at stern. Therefore our
engine room damaged heavily.
Also that damage made a hole in our ship.
Our ships fuel started to spread over the sea.
That start fire on the sea.

Latest news show that non of our crew died or
deathly injured.
Only our engineers are slighty injured due to the
explosion at engine room.
