World Plumbing Day is observed annually on March 11th to raise awareness about water issues and the role of plumbers. Modern plumbing systems play a key part in providing healthy water by designing efficient systems, setting product standards, certifying compliant items, adopting codes, properly installing and inspecting plumbing, and maintaining it over time. The eight basic steps Toronto plumbers follow include designing systems with the right specifications, using certified products, adopting water authority codes, training qualified installers, red-tagging uncertified items, and advising on re-installations and maintenance.
