Wired to Win provides attendees with a personality profile quiz to help them understand their strengths and how to improve relationships. The workshop introduces the four main personalities - Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholy, and Phlegmatic - and teaches how to identify personalities in others. It helps participants maximize their strengths, understand how their personality impacts communication and teamwork, and apply it to work and personal situations. The program aims to transform struggling relationships into growing ones by helping people understand each other based on personality.

Wired To Win provides attendees with information that will help them discover who they are to
maximize their strengths & improve their relationships--including the ever popular “quiz:” the
time-tested Personality Profile. Filled with real-life stories and quick-review charts, the workshop
Wired to Win will introduce the participants to the concept of the Personalities: Popular
Sanguine, Powerful Choleric, Perfect Melancholy and Peaceful Phlegmatic--with their history and
practical application for today; enable participants to quickly identify the Personality of others
by watching for visible cues such as body language, mannerisms and personal space; help them
maximize their strengths while eliminating their weaknesses; expose each person’s uniqueness
as the Personality blends allow for far more variations in Personality than just the four basic
types; understand the emotional needs that come with their inborn Personality and the impact
they have on daily processes; and apply this to specific areas such communication, Leadership,
Teamwork in the workplace and much, much more.
While there are situations that even the most saintly might not be able to avoid, most
relationships--professional or personal--can be salvaged, saved or just shored-up.
