The document describes the process of planting and growing an eco garden from start to finish. First, the soil is dug and seeds are sown for radishes, chards, oak leaves, lettuce and other plants. The seeds are watered carefully as the roots, stems and leaves grow. Over time, the tiny plants become established as they are continued to be watered. Eventually, radishes, chards and other crops are harvested from the growing eco garden and brought to class to be eaten.
