Tourism Exchange. It can be found on the European map of
wine museums as Europe’s cultural heritage site. Wine
Culture Center Shabo’ includes objects of modern art,

Ukraine, Grapevine Trilogy art ensemble, Shabo Art Center,
Dionysus’s Fountain multimedia sculpture, a museum

5. Wine factory Chizay (Transcarpathian region)

The winemaking complex Chizay was founded in 1995
in the town of Beregovo which is situated in the
Transcarpathian region of Ukraine, on beautiful gorge
Chizay where Ukraine borders with Hungary. The plant
was built using the most advanced technologies in
construction and winemaking at the time. Currently,
the Chizay factory is a modern industrial full production
cycle wine making complex consisting of its own
vineyards, primary wine making plant (on which the
processing of grapes and making wine takes place), a
secondary wine making plant (where the finished
product is bottled), wine storages, tasting rooms,
offices and warehouses. The tasting room
accommodates up to 50 guests.

Prince P.N. Trubetskoy Winery uses only
its own grapes for winemaking.
Trubetskoy vineyards are located on
area of 200 hectares in Khersonska
oblast on the slopes of the Dnipro River.
The major grape varieties on vineyards:
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir,
Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc,
Aligote. All saplings have been imported
from Italy and France. It is the quality
grapes that give wine its subtle and
elegant qualities that become apparent
in its taste and aroma.
WINEMAKING
The process of quality wine production resembles work of
art creation. Every detail, touch and the source material,
used by the master, matter. “Prince P.N. Trubetskoy
Winery” is striving for perfection at every stage of

10. Shustov Odessa Cognac Factory
Nowadays the spirit distilling shop
of Odessa Cognac Factory is the
biggest in Ukraine. It distils up to
3 million decalitres of cognac
wine materials per distilling
season (about 6 months) and
yields up to 2 thousand decalitres
of absolute alcohol per day. The
OCF ageing rooms store more
than 15,000 barrels of cognac
spirits. It's a real gold reserve of
cognac industry – the largest one
in the country.
In 2013 Odessa Cognac Factory
began to export the cognac spirits
of its own distilling to France.
Moreover, at the end of the year
in the ancient OCF cellars the N.L.
Shustov Cognac Museum was
opened – the first and the only
one in Ukraine.

Excursions to one of Europe's
largest brewery gives opportunity
to see all the stages of brewing.
For Brewers main ingredients are
water, barley, hops and brewer's
yeast. Using these simple
components, the brewers created
a large number of beer
brands. After visiting all the
departments of the factory, you
can witness the process of making
a number of beers, as well as
mineral water and children's
drinks.
Brewers "Obolon" have several
secrets and tricks through which
beer is sealed in bottles and jars,
