Dear Ms. Williams,
Along with the constituents of the Ninth Congressional District of Tennessee, it is my great pleasure to
wish you a very happy 90th
birthday. We are most grateful to have you as a member of our community,
and I thank you for allowing me to share in this special occasion.
Your life has certainly spanned some great moments, and you’ve created many wonderful memories.
You have influenced those within Memphis City Schools, Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, and
been an amazing role model for your four children. You have taught those around you to have pride,
respect, and determination in all that they do. As you well know, nothing is more precious than time
spent with your beloved family and friends, especially when given the opportunity to touch lives in the
process.
Once again, I extend my best wishes to you on your 90th
birthday. I hope that you enjoy your special
day with a glorious celebration befitting of this milestone you have achieved.
As always, I remain,
Most sincerely,
Steve Cohen
Member of Congress
