This document summarizes the results of an organic wheat variety trial from 2012-2013. It ranks 44 wheat varieties based on protein percentage, falling number test, test weight in pounds per bushel, and grain yield in bushels per acre. It shows that Arcia had the highest overall rank in 2013, while Coker9436 had the highest yield at 16 bushels per acre. The trial provides agronomic data on organic wheat varieties to help farmers select high performing options.
