What is EDS?
An explanation of the
Event/Driven/System

Generating Wealth
 An event can be anything from a play to
  a sporting event.
 There are events for all age groups,
  genders, and cultures.
 Events have been used for years to do
fundraising but my system will turn a single
  event into a wealth generator.
 Fundraising can no longer depend on
  good will to survive.
Generating Wealth 2
 My system gives an opportunity to new
  talent to perform
 My system gives a huge market to local
  merchants through affiliate marketing.
 My system gives advertising to merchants
  local and multi-national.
 My system attracts a cause-driven
  Internet Community
Phase 1: In the Beginning!
 Each event must start with a sponsor that
  puts in $1 M USD.
 The sponsor gets good will from being the
anchor as well as 2 years of custom TV
work from Iceman TV of Toronto, Canada
 The value of the service of Iceman is
  between 25 & 50 M USD – determined by
  industry and marketing cooperation.
Phase 2 Staging the Event
 Using money from the sponsors contribution
    we produce the event.
 Each event is insured
 All participants volunteer their services
 All performers have expenses paid for
 An event can cost from $100,000 – 500,000
depending on style and type of event.
 Filming the event is done with 5 cameras and
these people are paid for the active time
they are engaged in filming the event as well
    as any expenses.
Phase 3 Implementing the
System = EDS
 System is used to describe the
combination of the live event + the filming
of the live event + the website dedicated
  to the EDS.
 The anchor sponsor, all the performers, &
two non-profit organizations, as well as 9
junior sponsors get a link from the EDS to
their own website. This is Affiliate
  Marketing.
Phase 3 Implementing 2
 All entities that have a link sign on to returning 10%
of the revenue generated by the EDS to the EDS.
 Funds of this nature from affiliate marketing are
distributed as follows: 10% for administrative, 65%
for local school district, 25% for Peace by 2027.
 Unspent funds from the Anchor Sponsor become
the revenue for Iceman TV Production.
 The unique factor of EDS is that it combines
    fundraising, advertising, sales, & entertainment
 Each EDS should be generating $5 M USD within 2
    years.
Phase 4 Endless wealth
 Once we have a local Producer that has a vested
interest in the school system we can do as many
events as the producer can set up by just
    changing the theme and performers.
 We may need to get a new sponsor for many
reasons. Each sponsor is only committed to and
guaranteed the one event. (Mostly applies to the
    anchor sponsor.
 Even during the Great Depression people found
    money for entertainment.
 Entertainment + Education + Prosperity = Peace
EDS Conclusion
 All schools have parents, grandparents, and a community that
want to see the students do well.
 All of these “stakeholders” buy products each week from groceries
    to Netflix to cable TV.
 The dynamic wealth generated here is simply updating a system
that has been used for years. $100 grocery card gives $10 -20 to
the organization that sells the card.
 Advertising with social Internet multi-media is starting to take hold
and will only grow in importance as each EDS delivers the funding
for the school system that helps supplement and keep taxes lower.
 Win/Win/Win/Win = new & improved economic stimulus
