The California Wildfires and Cannabis, What is Next?Evergreen Buzz
The wildfires in California have damaged the state's cannabis industry. Outdoor cannabis and hemp crops have been destroyed, costing businesses hundreds of thousands of dollars as many were uninsured. The smoke and ash from the fires has also polluted the air and could contaminate surviving crops. Cannabis businesses will need to improve safety measures to protect against future fires.

Will THC Levels Start to Flatten Out Over the Next 10 Years?Cannabis News
The document discusses how THC levels in cannabis will likely level out over the next 10 years for the following reasons:
1) Most regular cannabis consumers prefer moderate THC levels between 9-20% and find it produces better effects than high-potency concentrates.
2) While growers initially increased THC levels to meet demand, studies now show consumers actually prefer milder cannabis flowers over high-potency extracts.
3) Like other markets, cannabis will obey consumer preferences, so THC levels will stabilize as producers cater to demand for moderate potency options.

This document discusses drugs as chemical commodities that are bought and sold globally. It outlines the major producing and trafficking countries for different illegal drugs like marijuana, cocaine, and heroin. While some drugs are legal, most that are trafficked internationally for profit are illegal. The drug trade is a highly lucrative but decentralized illegal business involving producers, traffickers, and local dealers. Reducing drug demand is key to better regulating the large illegal market.
Is Stoner Culture Dead or Does It Have a Future?Cannabis News
The article discusses the evolution and future of stoner culture as cannabis becomes legalized and mainstream. Stoner culture originated in the 1960s-70s as a counterculture movement opposing drug prohibition. As cannabis laws changed, stoner culture became normalized in media but also corporatized by the cannabis industry. The article argues that true stoner culture, which values freedom and distrusts corporations and government, may not survive mainstreaming and will need to evolve to remain relevant in the future.
Marijuana has a long history dating back thousands of years, first used in China around 6000 BC. It was used medicinally in ancient China and spread throughout parts of Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Marijuana was introduced to the American colonies in the 1600s and was a major commercial crop for the first few hundred years. Views on marijuana became more controversial in the early 1900s and it was banned in many places in the following decades amid fears it was a gateway drug. While it remained illegal under federal law, its use increased in popularity among students in the 1960s and medical marijuana has since been legalized in some states.

Practical Guide to Hemp – An Educational and Legalization Guide for CannabisDave Olson
Created and published by hemplobby.org in June 1999 – over a decade before legalization of cannabis would come to the USA – this collection of history, agricultural information, plant botany, legal frameworks, factoids and further readings was distributed to legislators, policymakers, teachers, and activists around the world but primarily in Washington (State and DC) and Oregon.
Now that legislative change is sweeping across America – focused primarily on medical and recreational use – it's important to also remember the benefits of low/no THC industrial hemp which can be made into literally thousands of different products and help negate many conundrums around modern agriculture, climate change, and survival of family farms.
While much of the information is out of date, take a read through to see where Cannabis legalization and education were at the end of the last century.

In Odoo, making a field required can be done through both Python code and XML views. When you set the required attribute to True in Python code, it makes the field required across all views where it's used. Conversely, when you set the required attribute in XML views, it makes the field required only in the context of that particular view.

The Funniest Marijuana Related World Records
The cannabis culture is one of the most interesting things in the world, as it is home to a lot of ridiculous tales, baseless
claims, as well as crazy world records. These marijuana world records are truly fascinating, it is hard to believe some of
them actually happened. Thankfully, these records are backed by evidence, which make them veri able. We have come
up with a list of eight of the craziest marijuana related world records. Some of these records will blow your mind!
3. 4/10/2021 Weed World Records - Will These Cannabis World Records Be Broken This Year?

The Largest Joint Ever Rolled In The World: Perhaps you have paused while rolling a joint to wonder, just how big the
world's largest joint ever rolled was. Well, you have your answer, the world's largest joint ever rolled weighed 1.90kg
(which is 4.20 pounds, quite iconic). Tony Greenhand was responsible for this amazing feat, in 2016. Greenhand, a joint-
rolling artist well known for his unique use of joints to make interesting characters. He has previously rolled up joints
shaped in the form of Marvel characters, grenades, dinosaurs, guns, weed leaves as well as Pokemon characters.
It therefore did not come as a surprise to many, when he broke the record of the largest joint ever rolled in 2016. He
rolled the 4.20 pound joint on the 20th day of April in the year, 2016, in celebration of the 4/20 stoner's global holiday. It
was a watermelon shaped joint, with a hose attached to the base for smoking.
The Most Expensive Joint Ever Rolled: The most expensive joint ever rolled in the world had some quality strains of
marijuana, as you must have imagined. But what was the occasion, and who was responsible for rolling the world's
most expensive joint ever!
The joint was rolled in 2018, by a topmost American cannabis farm, at a party thrown in celebration of the legalization
of recreational cannabis in the state of California. The joint which measured 30 inches, was made up of solventless
concentrate, bubble hash, and 1.5 pounds of some of the nest quality of marijuana owers, rolled up in 24-karat gold
rolling papers. However, as fancy as the joint was, it was not smoked at that party, but was auctioned for $24,000.
The Man Who Has Smoked The Most Joints In The World: This record belongs in the 2014 Guinness Book Of World
Records. The holder of this record is Irvin Rosenfeld, who has smoked over 115,000 joints in his lifetime. Proving that he
had indeed smoked up to 115,000 joints was possible, as Rosenfeld is the longest surviving U.S., federal medical
marijuana patient. Su ering from a severe bone tumor disorder, Rosenfeld receives 10 medical marijuana joints per
day, to treat his condition. Rosenfeld's world record at 2016 was over 115,000 joints smoked, and at the rate of 10
blunts per day, he has de nitely added a few more thousands since then.
The World Biggest Illegal Marijuana Plantation: While recreational cannabis is being legalized in many states across
the world, it is still illegal in some areas. Cannabis is still not legal in Mexico, and about ten years ago in 2011, the
Mexican police discovered what turned out to be the world's largest illegal marijuana plantation ever. Located near the
state of Baja California, the plantation was camou aged using chili and tomato plants. The plantation covered about

300 acres of land, with over ten thousand marijuana plants growing on it. These plants were so tall standing at almost 8'
feet (about 2.5 metres). The plantation was destroyed, with a projected 120 tons of marijuana plants damaged. The
plantation was valued at $160 million.
The World Largest Hotbox Session: For stoners that do not know what a hotbox session is, it is a thrilling experience
which you must enjoy, at least once. A hotbox usually takes place in an airtight vehicle or a room, in which a couple of
stoners, smoke some joints inside. Seeing that the venue is airtight, the smoke from the joint stays in the room, thereby
lling up the air in no time. Soon, all the occupants are inhaling the smoke, thereby increasing their high.
The largest hotbox session in history took place in Spain, with a group of stoners lighting up 800 grams of dab in an
airtight room. The whole room was covered with smoke in seconds! So much for a world record.
The Largest Dab Ever Recorded: This record was broken with intentionality, as an American dab company called Dab
Stars, set up an event to break the existing dab record at the time. This took place in 2015, and their aim was to break
the previous dabbing record of 90 grams. Dab Stars succeeded in breaking the record and did it four times over, setting
a new dabbing record of 422 grams. This new record has not been broken ever since.
The Strongest Sativa Strain: Known as Ghost Train Haze, this strain has been recorded as the strongest sativa strain in
the world. Having a THC potency of 25.5%, Ghost Train Haze has come up top at several Cannabis competitions. It is a
unique strain which is protected by its growers known as the Rare Dankness Seeds. Surely, you might de nitely want to
try this out.
The Largest Legal Greenhouse: Not to worry, this one is legal and does not stand the risk of being bursted by the
police. Known as Park Lane Farms, the largest legal greenhouse in the world is located in Niagara-on-the-lake, Ontario.
The greenhouse covers over 350, square feet of land and is home to over 17 strains of cannabis.
Bottom line
These are some of the craziest marijuana related world records. As intriguing and mind-blowing as most of these
records are, there are more records still to be broken. You could even be the one to break one of these records, who
knows, or you can set an entirely new record! Wouldn't that be amazing.
