Today’s Message
NAVIGATIONAL SYSTEM
“When He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth.”
(John 16:13)
H ave you ever wondered how an airplane pilot knows how to get from point A to
point B? Most likely, he uses VOR, short for VHF Omni-directional Radio Range,
a navigational system invented in the early 1950s. It still guides many aircraft to their
destination today.
The pilot sets the course of the aircraft on his dial. If the aircraft drifts from that set
course, the instrument shows the pilot that the plane is deviating so he can correct it to
align the aircraft to the set course again.
The nation of Israel in Isaiah‟s day badly needed a reliable VOR system. And God
wanted to be that for them. But despite God‟s warning, they decided to align with Egypt
(Isa. 30:1-2). God graciously promised that one day, however, He would be their navigator:
“Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, „This is the way, walk in it.‟ Whenever
you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left” (v.21).

2. Today, Christians have an internal navigational system. Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, who
lives in us to “guide [us] into all truth” (John 16:13). If you need direction as to where to set
the course of your life, don‟t rely on your own way.
The Spirit gives us power to live
A life that’s pleasing to the Lord;
He also guides us and provides
Direction in God’s holy Word.
The Spirit is our navigational system.
To begin our prayer time together, we ask you to repeat this prayer with us each day...
“O gracious and heavenly Father, in name of Jesus Christ I pray for Pastor Avinash
and Rajiv and every member of their families and the entire staff of Well Fortified
Intercessors Army and Living God Group and their families. Lord keeps them safe
from all the evil powers and no harm should come to them and every one who are
working in the ministry. Lord Jesus guides each step and shows the right path on
which they will take. Dear Father God you have called them to do your will. Protect
them and guide them in whatever they do. I pray shower your blessings on them so
that they will be able to fulfill the work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Father God give
them strength and power and health. My heavenly Father keeps them away from all
kinds of dangers and gives them shelter under your wings. In the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ, I command a hedge of protection to be around their home and property
today and I ask that warrior angels sent by the you true Father God would be placed
to stand guard at any holes that might be in that hedge. I place the full armors of God
on them, and I ask that the light of the Lord Jesus shine through them this day. In
the name of Jesus I ask-Amen”
Pray specifically today for people you know who need to know the saving and
healing power of Jesus Christ in their lives. Many people are suffering – spiritually,
emotionally, and physically – let us stand before our Mighty God today on their
behalf!

resources so that Pastor Avinash and Rajiv will be able to accomplish all that you
have called them to do.”

Meditation
Meditation: a need of today’s lifestyle
We all know that today‟s modern lifestyle is full of stress and anxiety and this is the main
reason that peoples are facing several unwanted problems like sleeping disorders or
insomnia.
To get rid of these problems they look for the short-term solution like sleeping pills. But
they increase the problems in spite of decreasing them. As a result an increasing number
of us are turning to ancient practices for the relief of stress including meditation. To
reduce all those problems it is good to adopt meditation.
Meditation is extremely effective for both your mind and body. It helps you by clearing
your mind and relaxing your body by decreasing both your heart rate and metabolic rate
in that way it also reduces the pressure on your heart. In some additional benefits of
meditation, it is very helpful to reduce the level of Cortical and dissolves many of the
naturally occurring chemicals in the body in effective ways which give rise to, or
exacerbate, normal everyday stress.
The benefit of meditation does not stops here. It stables the unstable oxygen
molecules from your body and thus reduces free radicals. It increases airflow to the lugs,
which is very helpful in breathing. Meditation lowers cholesterol levels and improves skin
resistance.
Another benefit of meditation is that it raises levels of DHEAS at older ages and delays
the biological aging process. However, the benefits of meditation do not stop at the
physical level. Meditation lowers anxiety levels, reduces anxiety, lifts you out of
depression and stops mood swings also. It improves memory and learning becomes far
easier.

command disease and bondage to go in Jesus mighty name. Father, by the power of the
Holy Spirit, I pray that the anointing for healing will be released right now in Jesus‟ name
and that from this moment on healing, restoration and health will come to these peoples
