Wesley Eagle has obtained a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Long Island University. Literature review and analysis examining concussive and subconcussive hits in athletes and military
personnel; determining the effects that these hits have in the development of chronic traumatic
encephalopathy (CTE). I also sought to examine whether concussive and subconcussive hits to the head
could lead to impaired brain metabolism or metabolic function and whether these changes could help in
the development of a diagnosis of CTE while an individual is living.

member of the surgical team in severaltotal joint replacements and arthroscopic procedures;

scoliosis.
Emergency Medicine, Coney Island Hospital, 5 weeks
Performed history and physicals in emergency room and fast track situations; assisted PAs and
physicians in procedures such as: venipuncture, arterial blood gas sampling, fecaloccult blood
testing, suturing, I&D,casting, obtaining and interpreting EKGs, ACLS codes.

Member of trauma surgery team; participated in trauma cases in the emergency department;
assisted in several trauma cases including: BKAs, washout and debridement, skin grafting and
