This document provides an agenda and overview for a training class at Global Optics. It will include introductions, a history of the company, an overview of the services provided, processing of human resources paperwork, instructors being introduced, a small group exercise for interviews, a tour of the campus facilities, and a lunch break. Trainees will learn about cable installation, fiber optics, troubleshooting, and technical skills over the course of the day.

2. THE HISTORY OF GLOBAL
OPTICS
• The company was started in 2006 by Steve and his brother Ardy

3. GLOBAL OPTICS, what we do
• Installation of various cable technologies including Digital cable, High
Speed Internet, and Digital Phone. Working with Fiber, coax, and
cat5e. We do intermediary installation from installing to trouble
shooting at pedestals to d-marc and the proper outlets.

& Commercial Applications
• Aerial & Underground Cabling

IMPROCESSING
• Over the course of the next hour Ms. Karen Rivera will be going over
your paperwork to ensure you have everything before you begin here
at Global Optics
• Things you will need to produce
• A valid drivers license
• A Social Security card
• Working papers (if necessary)

5. YOUR INSTRUCTORS

6. SMALL GROUP EXERCISE
• Over the course of the 60-90 minutes are going to conduct interview
with each member of the class.

• Favorite sports team

7. CHECK OUT OUR CAMPUS
• For the next 30 Minutes, we will be showing you the different areas of
our Global Optics Campus.
• Areas that you will be introduced to include:
• Our indoor training facility
• Our Training house
• The warehouse area
• The dispatchers area
• The installation Managers office
• The operations managers office
• Our corporate office

• Lunch is from 1200-1230
