registered capital of RMB165 million yuan, it is the core holding subsidiary of Weihua
Group.
The company covers 350,000 m2

Shanghai Hong’an Hoisting Equipment Co., Ltd located in Pudong New
Area, Shanghai and was founded in July 2007. It has a registered capital of
