This weekly report summarizes the progress of a student group working on a product design. The student attended a workshop on PCB programming but had issues setting up the program on their notebook. The group agreed to design a pantry refrigerator and will research refrigerator technologies. They will use QR codes, which can store text data for various information. The strong point of QR codes is they can provide more information than other codes. However, their weakness is that scanners are only available on newer phones, limiting their use. Next week, the group will finalize the functions of their pantry refrigerator so engineering members can research product data.

Overall : This week I went to learn at Bangkungtian. In the morning, I learnt about how to use PCB
programming. I can not do at time because my notebook can not set up program. In the afternoon I
talked with my company member about what we will make. Then my company has an agreement
about our product for the future. We will make a pantry refrigerator. So we will search about
refrigerator and a teachnology that can adapt to my product. Then we will conclude about function
of our product.
Engineering Knowledge : I has searched about QR code. That is one type of two – dimensional
barcode that contains the black module sequence that has a rectangular shape with white
backdground. It can read by the scan queue array in mobile phones with cameras and smartphones
to release data in text or resource global. QR code is a useful barcode. The data of its stored as text
data so we can apply them to use in many information.

Laboratory Access Implementing QR Code Authentication Using OTP
Laboratories in colleges are used to give lectures to students, but what about after working hours? Students can get many benefits from these labs after working hours. For example, students can study and do their homework after working hours. In this project, we have proposed a new technique to control the access of these laboratories. Our idea is to use an encrypted QR code with an TOTP authentication that will be connected to LAN network to guarantee that each student enter can only use a single PC. Each student will have his own encrypted QR code that differs from other students. The TOTP code will be sent to student’s university email. The encryption method used encrypted method used AES encryption to encrypt the data inside the QR code to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation, and authenticity of the date.

3) Attending the fair helped the group better understand their theme and envision their project.

Removing Uninteresting Bytes in Software Fuzzing
Imagine a world where software fuzzing, the process of mutating bytes in test seeds to uncover hidden and erroneous program behaviors, becomes faster and more effective. A lot depends on the initial seeds, which can significantly dictate the trajectory of a fuzzing campaign, particularly in terms of how long it takes to uncover interesting behaviour in your code. We introduce DIAR, a technique designed to speedup fuzzing campaigns by pinpointing and eliminating those uninteresting bytes in the seeds. Picture this: instead of wasting valuable resources on meaningless mutations in large, bloated seeds, DIAR removes the unnecessary bytes, streamlining the entire process.
In this work, we equipped AFL, a popular fuzzer, with DIAR and examined two critical Linux libraries -- Libxml's xmllint, a tool for parsing xml documents, and Binutil's readelf, an essential debugging and security analysis command-line tool used to display detailed information about ELF (Executable and Linkable Format). Our preliminary results show that AFL+DIAR does not only discover new paths more quickly but also achieves higher coverage overall. This work thus showcases how starting with lean and optimized seeds can lead to faster, more comprehensive fuzzing campaigns -- and DIAR helps you find such seeds.

The data of its stored as text data so we can apply them to use in many information.
