Gmail will soon allow users to make phone calls directly from their computers to phones in the US and Canada for free. Vedanta's plans to mine bauxite in Niyamgiri Hills of Orissa were rejected by the Indian government. The mine would help the company to reduce raw material costs.Now, the company will seek alternative bauxite mine to feed its alumina refinery after the central government denied permission to mine bauxite in Niyamgiri.
