This document summarizes activities from an architecture class on comprehending documents in English. It provides examples of using "there is/there are" in positive and negative forms to describe what is in different rooms of a house. The student describes the main room, dining room, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, noting objects in each using the specified grammar structures. At the end, the student proposes a modification they would make, adding objects like a pencil, glasses, and leaf to the description of the dining room table.
