LEAP Conveyancer is pre-loaded with
all the forms and precedent letters you
need to work efficiently, which can be
modified and you can add your own.
Contract of Sale
Is automatically filled in with all the
property and client details. Create
letters that are automatically filled in
with client details, which you can then
customise to your own tone and style.
Email
Emails sent and received are saved
onto the Matter saving you time trying to
retrieve documents from other inboxes.
Matter List window
A searchable Matter list that can be
viewed by All, Current, Date Modified
(Today, Yesterday, This or Last Week,
Last Month) or Ten Recently Modified.
(Sale) Matter window
On top is the Vendor,
Purchaser, and agent, as
well as important property
details like the Lot and DP.
On the bottom are all the
documents, Searches and
emails associated with the
Matter.
Ordering Searches
Click ‘Order Search’. LEAP fills in your
property details, saves the Search back
to the Matter, and automatically creates
the accounting disbursement for you.
