Bone manipulation is an implant procedure that has multiple benefits including efficiency, cost savings, improved results, and reduced treatment time compared to traditional bone grafting. This procedure uses osteotomes of gradually increasing size to expand the labial bone deficiency noted on a CT scan, restoring the anatomy and eliminating the need for a separate bone grafting surgery and extended healing period. A post-operative CT scan after one year showed maintenance of the expanded bone structure.
