This document describes a web-based contact center workforce management and reporting system that was written and developed by Todd Horn and has been in use by WEA's contact center for 10 years. The system features dashboards, agent and departmental statistics and reports, a contact center wallboard, schedule entry, display, editing and adjustments, integrations with Cisco IP phones, HealthEdge, inContact databases, XML files, Cisco UCCX and LDAP APIs, and a Google Maps API integration.
