ARRIVAL POLICIES: If you have booked an Education Program and/or guided Tour, please meet in the Rotunda five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If
you are booked for a guided Tour, all participants must wear closed-toe shoes.
LUNCHES: All lunches* should be boxed or bagged together and labeled with your group name prior to arrival. Groups are responsible for transporting their lunches
from the bus to the lunch drop-off area at their assigned lunch area. If you are scheduled to eat outside in the Breezeway, lunches will be stored in the Skyline Room
vestibule. *Please note, all lunch areas must be booked in advance and are only available Monday – Friday.*
PAYMENT POLICIES: Please remit a copy of this letter with your payment and include the above “Confirmation #” in the memo field of any check payments. A fifty
percent deposit is due two (2) to four (4) weeks prior to arrival date. The final balance is due two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled visit date. Once full payment is
made, all payments are final. If your attendance decreases on the day of your visit, the overpayment will be transferred to admission tickets. The tickets will be
mailed to your location after your visit. Tickets are valid for one year from the original reservation date. No refunds will be administered due to attendance changes!

WRISTBANDS: Save time and expedite your check-in! Pay in full three weeks prior to arrival and receive your wristbands in advance. You must bring the
wristbands on the day of your visit as they act as your admission ticket. You are still required to check-in at the Will Call Ticketing Window or Information Desk
(seasonally) upon arrival. Please contact the Group Sales Department for more information.
