3. THE DANGERS
Leaks can occur in any building and are among the most frequent causes of costly damage, disruption & loss. Modern decoration
mothods and the reliance on complex mechanical and electrical systems will not only increase the chances of a leak, but can also
make the outcome worse, a leak in the absence of proper measures will result in the failure of the power supply, disruption of
the network or the interruption of communications or data. Air conditioning plant, chilled water and heating systems, toilets,
kitchens, vending areas, etc. Thus causes a serious hazard. If an unchecked leak continuing, however small, is like a ticking time
bomb. If it can be stopped in time, a disaster can be avoided.
THE SOLUTIONS
