Speaker Authentication - Interspeech 2011_v3

Foggia is expanding the company by opening a new large facility in Greenback, Tennessee to build even larger superyachts, which will be a major logistical challenge involving coordinating two facilities thousands of miles apart and transporting finished yachts over 800 feet in elevation to the Gulf of Mexico via inland waterways.

Kaizen emphasizes eliminating waste and continuous improvement. As a result, employees at all levels contribute ideas to streamline operations. While the economic downturn impacted Christensen, it diversified by establishing a composite manufacturing sister company. It has also renewed growth through collaborating with other builders.
