Walks and trails in Cornwall By Michael
The Camel Trail The camel trail is located in north Cornwall between Bodmin and Padstow and also passes through Wadebridge. It is very popular with walkers and cyclists. The hub of the Camel trail can be found in Wadebridge as well as a cycle hire shop. Walkers have wright of way but cyclists still seem to enjoy themselves.
Tehidy woods Tehidy is the biggest area of woodland in west Cornwall. The wooded trails are perfect for cyclists and there are sections reserved for only walkers. There are activities such as orienteering that can be picked up from the café. The post are scattered over the whole woods so it is a days worth of fun.
Coast to coast and Bissoe trail The coast to coast trail is runs between Portreth and Devoran. It is a lot smaller than the Camel trail but just as good. There are various pubs along the trail if you feel the need to stop and eat. Every now and then along the trail there are great spots to come of the track and practise your mountain biking skills. The walkers can go through some great woods and the views are excellent.
