2.  TERRA ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LTD is a company with its headquarters
in Romania, founded in 2010. Its specialty is the treatment of drilling fluid
and the elimination of waste which result in this process, and also the
treatment of the sites that are contaminated with oil waste. An important
role is held by the logistical and technical support from the Gasperment
Service Environmental company from France, which has impressive
experience acquired in different projects in Africa and Asia since 2003, more
precisely in Gabon, Tanzania ,Congo, Kazahstan and is now working for Oil
Companies such as ENI, TULLOW, MAUREL &PROM, Zetah, Caroil, SNPC,
Dominion, Prestoil, Soco.
 Since 2012 TES has established a branch in Kurdistan and in this moment
works for NORBEST LIMITED (ORYX Petroleum) company.
 Till now TES’ s activity in Romania is with SC ROMGAZ SA and we are open
for other tenders.

3.  The process of oil and gas well drilling produces a significant quantity of
detritus and waste liquids. The quantity of these wastes can be reduced
significantly if management and operational practices are performed
thouroughly during the drilling process.
The process of wastes administration is based on a series of sequential
practices meant to prevent the pollution of the environment. In its basic
form, there are 4 levels:

usage | Elimination
 Our company bases on the offer of services for preventing, with its
declared purpose to reduce the volume of wastes which require treatment
before depositing them. Though, by using the services that we offer, our
customers benefit from the advantage of significantly reduction of total
costs for treating the wastes.

often resulting in premature drilling equipment wear and environmentally unsafe operations. The challenge of
removal of the solid particles is great, and we treat it as such, gathering experience from each and every difficult
situation encountered and applying improvement techniques in order to render drilling activities as safe and smooth
as possible. Lessons learned during our activities are bulding our support database on a continuous base.
