The director of the Institute for Media and Communications Policy confirms that Vlad Savenkov will join the institute's staff as an assistant on media and international affairs starting January 1, 2016. As director of the Institute for Media and Communications Policy (IfM), I hereby confirm
that Mr. Vlad Savenkov will join the institute’s staff as assistant on media and international
affairs as of January 1, 2016, on a free-lance basis.
The Cologne-based Institute of Media and Communications Policy is a think tank and forum
for scholars and practitioners alike in the broad field of media and communications. It
produces policy-oriented research, analysis, and advice, thereby offering concrete
recommendations for decision-makers as well as contributions to the public debate on
pressing issues related to the transformation of the media landscape at large.
