• Delphi Automotive Systems. Product Engineer. April 2015 – Today. Harness design,
components and circuits databases feeding to release Bill of Material for production.
Using Auto-Cad with the Whip tool (Wiring Harness in Progress) to creation of 2D and
BOM harness. Coordinate & negotiate design changes / improvements with customers.
Support the manufacturing plant in order to clarify all issues relating to elaborate designs
on prototype stages and throughout mass production start. Team-worker with tooling
department to provide customer feedback. Coordinate Engineering Change meetings
and complete special projects. Course facilitator AutoCAD, for new users on the harness
design, look for substitutes to reduce costs.
• Delphi Automotive Systems. Functions that are create drawings for production of
automotive harnesses, Design Analysis for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), Cost
Study, contact with the customer to resolve doubts in flat product, BOM creation,
